Tijdens de verkoop waren er korte en duidelijke lijnen met vriendelijk en betrokken medewerkers. De foto's zijn van zeer goede kwaliteit.

Professioneel en vriendelijk geholpen tijdens de verkoop van onze woning. De verkoop verliep snel. Er was duidelijke communicatie zowel telefonisch als per whatsapp, wat heel fijn was. Zeker een aanrader.

Ik was niet ingelicht dat de fotograaf ziek was, dus stond toen voor niks te wachten. Na telefonisch contact kwam de EPA-adviseur toen nog wel direct langs (was op hetzelfde moment ingepland), dus redelijk vlot opgelost. Verder zeer tevreden, kon alles uit handen geven.

De meerwaarde van een goede makelaar is niet om zomaar een koper te zoeken, maar om de juiste liefhebbers voor de woning te selecteren. Daarin is De Vos ook dit keer weer geslaagd. Dit is de tweede woning die we via De Vos verkopen en weer zeer tevreden.

Op advies van de makelaar ons huis (achteraf) te hoog in de markt gezet, daardoor een moeizaam verkoopproces gehad en mogelijk ons huis voor een matige prijs verkocht. Bij het bepalen van de vraagprijs was het beter geweest om de strategie beter door te nemen.

Zeer tevreden, prettige samenwerking. Duidelijke afspraken en na bezichtigingen wordt er terug gekoppeld hoe het is verlopen. Vriendelijk en deskundige medewerkers.

Goedemiddag, wij hebben prima ervaringen met jullie makelaar en kantoor inzake de verkoop van onze voorgaande woning. Enthousiast, klantgericht, flexibel en deskundig. Daarnaast hadden jullie ook bemiddeling bij de aankoop van onze huidige woning. Naderhand kwam die niet als scherp uit de bus, mede door lichamelijk ongemak van jullie makelaar en weinig openheid van de vorige eigenaar en zijn makelaar. Vandaar 4 sterren en een aanbeveling voor anderen.
