Four years ago again, bought a beautiful charter klipper here. Very skilled and friendly assistance from Luc throughout the entire process. After the purchase, still received a wonderful book and had a beer with Luc and the seller.

Luc de Groot of real estate agency Fikkers sold my Hasselteraak Jakobina for me. Jakobina is a Hasselteraak of 25 x 5 meters where I completed the restoration from zero to a modern, light and sleekly fitted-out ship. The collaboration with Luc was excellent and Luc did what I expected of him. After a photo report and information from my side, an overviewable advertisement appeared on the various sales sites. What was pleasant was that all administrative actions at Fikkers were well arranged and I could focus on the shipyard maintenance. My thanks to Fikkers.

After thorough research, Fikkers was chosen, conveniently located but also due to the more favorable brokerage fee. It turned out to be a pleasant collaboration with Luc (de Groot), partly thanks to his enthusiasm. He created a beautiful and realistic photo reportage with a nice number of viewings as a result. He stood firmly between us and the interested parties and knew how to act decisively. With a clearly prepared agreement, the sale was closed. Everything handled neatly. In short, satisfied.

It was time to go ashore. And I had no idea how to arrange everything around the sale. Too many questions, formalities and incompetence on my part regarding selling my ship. Thanks to Luc de Groot, from Scheepsmakelaardij Fikkers, I was excellently helped. He provided clarity, had clear answers and suggestions. I could always call him with my questions, and if he was with a client, he would call me back the same day. Those 5 stars is certainly what he deserves!

After 15 years of happy occupancy, selling your ship is not a simple matter. Luc completely took care of everything for me: he was always available for my questions and protected me from a few awkward actions. Open, direct and honest in communication, and with understanding for the (for me) emotional side of the process, he excellently arranged the sale of my ship!

1 star is still too much for this realtor who is unreachable by email, phone, and SMS. Apparently never listens to voicemail and immediately gives the feeling of selling a house through underhanded dealings... Offering a house for sale and being unable to reach the realtor in any way, yet a house was sold subject to conditions… A bad situation that I myself would never do business with.

In one word: ridiculous. Saw a nice house on funda, responded to the ad. After not receiving a response for several days, I sent more messages and called multiple times. Received no response. Absolutely do not recommend this realtor; think twice if you want to buy a house through this realtor.

Jan's fine broker does his work excellently, we are very satisfied with this broker.

An absolute mess. Don't do business with this gentleman because he doesn't keep his appointments. Once had our house appraised and was going to come back to us. I've been waiting for 7 months. He is busy, has ADHD, there's no getting a hold of him, and he babbles on without letting you get a word in edgewise. A true realtor who only looks at his own profit with a flimsy sales pitch.

Keeps his appointments. You are a person at Jan's German place, not a number. Very correct and attentive.

Not very professional. Doesn't take appointments seriously and not a particularly personal approach.

Jan is a very reliable real estate agent! He thinks carefully about things and is genuine. He says what it is and wants both the seller and the buyer to be happy with the property.

Terrible realtor, not proactive. The realtor who subsequently took the house for sale sold it within 3 days for €25,000 more...

Not proactive. At a certain point, we wanted to be rid of this broker and then we received a very thick bill with vague costs. The small print was deliberately kept vague but is only aimed at making money from the customer, when selling a house but also when not selling a house.

Initially did business with this realtor. Seemed good at first, but quickly I found it getting worse. Difficult to reach during his/her vacation(s), even completely unavailable by phone while something crucial was happening. I found this realtor far from proactive. Afterwards, I still received a hefty bill, including the printing for brochures. I never received these and when I inquired about them, I heard a vague story. Even the “For Sale” sign had to be returned by myself. Then went into business with Makelaarsland, which has been extremely positive: very good formula and professional!
