Very unpleasant experience with them. Doesn't keep appointments. Agrees to the purchase price via email and then suddenly comes up a week later with a counteroffer, hoping it’s real, and calls that offer a number so you can counter-bid, practices that are not allowed. Especially when you already have an agreement, you feel (emotionally) against the wall. Unethical behavior that you're better off avoiding. As a buyer, this broker seems rather unreliable.
