We bought a new build house from Witte Makelaars (Witte Projecten). The purchasing process initially went smoothly and professionally. When the planning around the notarial transfer changed, Witte offered a general leniency policy. We appreciate that. However, what has disappointed us is the communication and the way our specific situation was handled. We had highlighted attention points during the process, but did not feel that they were addressed substantively or that there was active consideration of an appropriate solution. The final response felt to us policy-driven and not focused on dialogue or customization. We found that regrettable, as we had expected a more customer-oriented approach with an investment of this scale. Now we look forward to the construction and hope that in the future we can mainly enjoy our new house. We hope that in future situations more attention will be paid to transparent communication and the serious consideration of individual circumstances.

Several weeks later, I called myself to find out what the status was. Answer: yes, everything has already been sold! HOW!? He was one of the first to call and Witte / Brugge Makelaars were supposed to call him back! Now he can say goodbye to the apartment he waited years for to come up for sale because Witte Makelaars treats their 'customers' like this. Truly not even worthy of 1 star!

They left the apartment so dirty that we couldn't clean it for a long time. Full trash cans with a chandelier in a green container. Messy shed, rooms. Why? There was a pandemic, everyone raised prices, we picked up the keys after signing the documents, now I know it is illegal. They probably knew the owner because he had given them permission and was ashamed to show himself. I have never seen such nonsense in a house for sale, and I have also looked at vacant properties. Our realtor also received the apartment from us, which was clean and in possession of the buyer. 1 point only because they chose it for us.

We would like to view a house, but the real estate agent initially doesn't respond. Once we finally manage to make contact, we are not allowed to view the house; they first want to know if it is financially feasible for us. We are also told that a lot needs to be done to the house, costing around € 50,000. We feel sorry for the sellers that their house is being talked about like this. Unfortunately, we had to cancel a house and now it seems that this is being used against us.

No good experiences with this realtor. Approached multiple realtors for the sale of a house. Witte Makelaars speaks extremely negatively about colleague realtors and does everything to reel you in as a client. A shame, I think that this aggressive attitude doesn't do the office any good. It is also unnecessary to speak so negatively about other realtors in Tiel.
