The real estate agent turned out to be unable to sell our house. Eventually switched to Entree Realtors. Unlike the previous realtor, Jan really put in effort to sell the house. Within a week it was settled. There were even multiple interested parties. Coincidence, we don’t think so. That doesn't concern anyone at all, does it?! I hope that sellers and buyers of this publication knew, or whether it's even legally allowed, and even then I still find it very inappropriate. 17 Oct 2025My experience with real estate agent Irene Keij is very disappointing. The communication is downright poor: there is no callback, not even after having contacted multiple times. When you have a question or want clarity on something, it stays quiet. The only moment when she seems accessible is when there's money to be made. This gives the impression that customer orientation and service are not priorities at all. From a real estate agent, you may expect reliability, involvement and professionalism, but unfortunately I have not experienced that with Irene Keij. Based on my experience, I therefore strongly advise against this real estate agent.

He was there right away, as we were one of the first to call and would be called back as soon as more info was available because it is a new construction project. Several weeks later, I called myself to find out what the status was. Answer: yes, everything has already been sold! HOW!? He was one of the first to call and Witte / Brugge Makelaars were supposed to call him back! Now he can say goodbye to the apartment he waited years for to come up for sale because Witte Makelaars treats their 'customers' like this. Truly not even worthy of 1 star!

There was a pandemic, everyone raised prices, we picked up the keys after signing the documents, now I know it is illegal. They probably knew the owner because he had given them permission and was ashamed to show himself. I have never seen such nonsense in a house for sale, and I have also looked at vacant properties. Our realtor also received the apartment from us, which was clean and in possession of the buyer. 1 point only because they chose it for us.

23 May 2025Even in this day and age it is not always a given that a house sells directly and if things get a little tricky you are happy with a real estate agent who continues to do his work calmly, friendly and with optimism.
