But after that, I constantly have to chase down all the information myself. I even have to check their work because things always go wrong. There was a pandemic, everyone raised prices, we picked up the keys after signing the documents, now I know it is illegal. They probably knew the owner because he had given them permission and was ashamed to show himself. I have never seen such nonsense in a house for sale, and I have also looked at vacant properties.
