The real estate agent turned out to be unable to sell our house. Eventually switched to Entree Realtors. Unlike the previous realtor, Jan really put in effort to sell the house. 29 Oct 2024They left the apartment so dirty that we couldn't clean it for a long time. Full trash cans with a chandelier in a green container. Messy shed, rooms. Why? There was a pandemic, everyone raised prices, we picked up the keys after signing the documents, now I know it is illegal. They probably knew the owner because he had given them permission and was ashamed to show himself. I have never seen such nonsense in a house for sale, and I have also looked at vacant properties. Our realtor also received the apartment from us, which was clean and in possession of the buyer. 1 point only because they chose it for us.
