The real estate agent turned out to be unable to sell our house. Eventually switched to Entree Realtors. Unlike the previous realtor, Jan really put in effort to sell the house. Within a week it was settled. There were even multiple interested parties. Coincidence, we don’t think so. Furthermore, Makelaarshuys' asking prices are well above average when looking at funda. Very strange and unnecessary given the already crazy housing market.

15 Aug 2025Unfortunately, I cannot give less than 1 star. My father finally found the property he wanted. He was there right away, as we were one of the first to call and would be called back as soon as more info was available because it is a new construction project. Several weeks later, I called myself to find out what the status was. Answer: yes, everything has already been sold! HOW!? He was one of the first to call and Witte / Brugge Makelaars were supposed to call him back! Now he can say goodbye to the apartment he waited years for to come up for sale because Witte Makelaars treats their 'customers' like this. Truly not even worthy of 1 star!

15 Nov 2024They left the apartment so dirty that we couldn't clean it for a long time. Full trash cans with a chandelier in a green container. Messy shed, rooms. Why? There was a pandemic, everyone raised prices, we picked up the keys after signing the documents, now I know it is illegal. They probably knew the owner because he had given them permission and was ashamed to show himself. I have never seen such nonsense in a house for sale, and I have also looked at vacant properties. Our realtor also received the apartment from us, which was clean and in possession of the buyer. 1 point only because they chose it for us.

Reachability was high, the possibility of consultation was always available. Thanks to the online file, as a seller you stay informed about the viewings. Nikki knows how things work, is not discouraged by arguments from prospective buyers, and knows what she stands for: the best possible selling price for her client. Our sales process went smoothly and the house has generated sufficient viewings from which a sale originated. I have already passed on this realtor's business card to someone else in the neighborhood. :-)

14 Jul 2025Nikki helped us in a special way. Where we had more or less given up hope of ever finding our dream house again, thanks to Nikki's attentiveness, our wish has come true. Honestly, we were quite critical and that made the search a considerable challenge for Nikki as well. Nevertheless, one day she came up with a house that was for sale (not yet on Funda!). Our hearts started beating faster; this was the house we had viewed in April 2024 during an Open House Day! Due to circumstances, we did not take action then, but the house made a deep impression on us. It was too good to be true and to make a long story short; thanks to Nikki, we now live in this beautiful house, located in the picturesque fortified town of Ravenstein.
