I'm giving you a tip: don't go into business with Jansen Makelaars. They make silly mistakes, so you have to check everything yourself down to the letter. My mortgage offer was incorrect while I clearly stated how I wanted it, then the invoice they sent was also incorrect. You assume everything is fine because you’ve paid enough advisory fees. Administratively, it's a mess there!
