We viewed many houses before buying our current home. We saw a lot of different real estate agents come and go, who were unprepared, couldn't answer questions or bluffed, arrived late... Ultimately, together with Geert we visited and purchased properties. No smooth talk, but simply knowledge of the subject matter and honest advice.
