This mouse problem is not mentioned in the building plans. During a viewing, I already asked Roel if there were mouse problems in the property history, but he told me nothing about it. After I moved in, I found mouse droppings and mouse traps. I contacted the seller and she admitted that she had earlier had problems with mice. I have also contacted the selling real estate agent.
