I bought my house which was sold by Wijman & Jansen Era. I had a problem in my new house. There were mouse droppings and traps under and above the kitchen cabinets. This mouse problem is not mentioned on the property documents. During the viewing of the house, I already asked Roel if there was a history of mice problems in the house, but he said nothing to me. After I moved in, I found mouse droppings and traps. I contacted the seller and she admitted that she had previously had a mouse problem. I also contacted the real estate agent. The seller accepts no responsibility for this situation. I would not recommend anyone to buy a house from this company. They gave me incorrect information about the house and nobody takes responsibility for my problem. If you buy a house from this company, think carefully. They do not provide correct information.
