Be careful with Pieter. He provides false information to sell/buy a house at cost price. He uses an unusual commission strategy (1% commission + 10% commission above the asking price), which makes his approach suspicious and leads him to earn more commission. I am writing this review after having lost almost 15,000 euros because he gave us incorrect dimensions of the living space of the house.

Beware, Pieter can talk nicely and you are not allowed to discuss with anyone how he works. If he has secured the sales order and your house is sold, he won't recognize you anymore and you will receive no response to emails. He operates as follows; he asks for a fixed amount for the sale (this is lower than the competition), then he gives an upper and lower limit of the selling price and everything he gets more than the lower limit, he receives 10% extra from. Clever because he knows what he can really get and that's why the lower limit is low to scoop up 10% extra. In short: Pieter is a real salesman with truckers where he earns a lot of money.
