Jelle Bedankt!!! Wat is het heerlijk dat als je hebt besloten je huis te verkopen er Makelaars zijn als Jelle Ooteman en zijn Crew. Na het eerste contact was het direct raak. Jelle had zijn huiswerk goed gedaan en ontvouwde een plan wat voor ons erg verrassend overkwam!! Het kwam in het kort hier op neer vraagprijs niet te hoog, een uitgebreide documentatie met prachtige foto’s en een flitsende video. Daarna 2 kijkdagen die erg succesvol verliepen een middag 3 dagen later om nog eens te kijken, de dag erna voor 12 uur de biedingen via de mail. Een uur later een afspraak om het resultaat te bespreken, dan weet je gelijk waar je aan toe bent. De uitkomst heeft onze verwachtingen ver overtroffen! Ook de verdere afwikkelingen t/m de overdracht werd alles super afgewikkeld. Het contact met Jelle, Mona en de achterban hebben wij als zeer plezierig en efficiënt ervaren. Marcel van Remax heeft veel kennis van de lokale markt mede omdat hij er ook zelf woont. Hij is deskundig betreffende de markt, maar ook bouwkundig weet hij veel. De begeleiding is prima, hij houd je van alles op de hoogte en is ook eerlijk daarover. Al was een andere makelaar goedkoper, toch hebben we voor Marcel gekozen omdat ook hij met een mooie prijs kwam en de zaken reëler voorstelde. Wij hebben een positieve ervaring ondervonden.
