This ensures that not all interested parties respond. I also find it strange that with 15 viewings only 3 bids were received, of which 1 was serious. I expected something different here.

Terrible experience. The real estate agent Indra called us to celebrate that we had won the highest bid, but ultimately called us three days after the final deadline/decision to tell us that we had lost the house because they had accepted a new bid from someone who hadn't won. I think there are no rules at this real estate office.
