The house was listed on funda within 1.5 weeks and sold for more than the asking price within 3 days. I sold the house together with my ex-partner, she unfortunately did not leave a good review for these gentlemen, which is a shame. She was simply angry because she had little to say about the sale. I definitely recommend these gentlemen!

13 Sep 2024In short: just don't do it! Explanation can be found below. ________________________________________ From A to Z, this process has been very unprofessional. The real estate agent we appointed for the sale, Skender, went on vacation immediately after accepting the offer, without any notification. Afterwards, we were left with his replacement, Remco, and that was a terrible experience all around. Here's a list: 1. Remco never answered when you called and didn't respond to messages -- even the notary mentioned during the sale that Remco is known for being unavailable. 2. Remco also didn't introduce himself after taking over from Skender. He didn't say anything and offered no information about the viewings he had planned. 3. Remco provided false information during the viewings, which has also negatively impacted the selling price of our house. 4. Remco was very rude all around. 5. Remco sold items with the house that were not for sale. 6. When Remco was confronted about this, he said: 'I'm not going to negotiate over a few items.' Ultimately, due to his attitude and unwillingness to advocate for our interests, we were unable to keep our belongings. 7. Remco made agreements with the purchasing party regarding the terms of the sale that were not discussed with us. When the notary tried to call him about this, he -of course- didn't answer either. And so on. When we contacted Skender about the substandard service provided, Skender was very indignant that we were dissatisfied. He did not acknowledge our frustrations and we also experienced no improvement or received any apologies. All in all, there was a huge lack of transparency, accessibility and customer focus. It is absolutely not recommended to work with either of these two men. They are both completely incompetent and unprofessional real estate agents.

In your case, we were not reachable in the evening after 22:00 when you saw that we were online via WhatsApp and started calling. Somewhat strange therefore this assessment of yours as we sold the property well and quickly above the asking price. We do not negotiate on cheap cutlery and an old, slept-on mattress where you had set your sights. Best of luck.

I contacted them because I wanted help determining a good offer for a house, as I naturally want to make an offer that is proportionate to the house. Ultimately came up with an offer that was tens of thousands of euros above the appraisal value and above other bids. Of course, you only find out about that later. I don't understand house prices, so that’s why I engaged a buyer's agent. So yeah, too much trust. But unfortunately, Skender showed 0 reflection and responsibility in this and mainly wants his invoice to be paid.

01 Apr 2024We were scammed by this agency. We rented an apartment for 2700 (Lindengracht 332), which they advertised as recently renovated and beautiful. In reality, this apartment was filthy and disgusting. The walls had black mold in multiple places, the furniture was broken, and every corner of the apartment was dirty, worn out, and disgusting. After confronting them about the problems, they started lying and blaming my family members for ‘not following standard procedure’, which was completely untrue. Ultimately, we had to hire a lawyer, but we were able to get our deposit back, but we were still scammed an extra € 1350,- due to the cheap landlord who refused to take responsibility for his disgusting apartment.

He guided us well through the sales process, and was the only one of the three brokers we had invited who came up with the good idea to have photos taken during our vacation. That pragmatic attitude is characteristic of Hans and decisive in our choice for him. We have not regretted that. Hans adapts easily and is flexible in his approach. He listens well to wishes and then gives good advice. He always responded within a day to our questions and he kept appointments. After some setbacks in our own purchase process, he recommended another skilled purchasing broker, Kersten. Which made us feel enormously helped. We can confirm, as several reviews already say, that Hans is a friendly, honest and skilled broker!

We placed our full trust in her from the moment we met each other. Julia must be one of the best real estate agents in Amsterdam. One of the most impressive and very important qualities that Julia has is her valuation of properties. With her impressive expertise and a little luck, we found our beautiful (first!) house within 5 weeks from the moment we started working with Julia. She initially told us that it's possible to find a house we love within 3 months, now she can proudly say that it succeeded within 5 weeks!! We worked with both Susan and Lara in these processes. They are always very well prepared, know all the details, take care of everything for you and have a very wide network.
