From styling to photography, everything is done with such care and taste that the property truly looks spectacular. It immediately distinguishes the property from the rest. Second, his work ethic is excellent. The communication was effortless, relaxed, and he responded incredibly quickly – often via WhatsApp, without any form of a 9-to-5 mindset. Joek is fully available for you, always reachable, proactive, and has an eye for every detail. However, what really struck me was how attentive and caring he is as a person. Even on the day of the key handover, he went out of his way with small gestures – a lunch, a gift – things that made the entire process personal and genuinely caring. Upon first contact, Joek showed up on his scooter in casual clothing, unlike other real estate agents who arrive in a suit with folders. It was a pleasant conversation where the feeling was immediately good. He is clear and honest, which also turned out to be the case during the entire sales process. Joek even solved a problem with the door to the garden! When we decided to engage Joek, he immediately got to work. For example, with a temperature of 30 degrees, he was trimming the hedge and wiping the windows, among other tasks. Joek also took care of beautiful photos, after a nice styling. Subsequently, he arranged for a large group of viewers, which ultimately led to good offers and a smooth sale. He was transparent about that all along. 13 Sep 2024In short: just don't do it! Explanation can be found below. ________________________________________ From A to Z, this process has been very unprofessional. The real estate agent we appointed for the sale, Skender, went on vacation immediately after accepting the offer, without any notification. Afterwards, we were left with his replacement, Remco, and that was a terrible experience all around. Here's a list: 1. Remco never answered when you called and didn't respond to messages -- even the notary mentioned during the sale that Remco is known for being unavailable. 2. Remco also didn't introduce himself after taking over from Skender. He didn't say anything and offered no information about the viewings he had planned. 3. Remco provided false information during the viewings, which has also negatively impacted the selling price of our house. 4. Remco was very rude all around. 5. Remco sold items with the house that were not for sale. 6. When Remco was confronted about this, he said: 'I'm not going to negotiate over a few items.' Ultimately, due to his attitude and unwillingness to advocate for our interests, we were unable to keep our belongings. 7. Remco made agreements with the purchasing party regarding the terms of the sale that were not discussed with us. When the notary tried to call him about this, he -of course- didn't answer either. And so on. When we contacted Skender about the substandard service provided, Skender was very indignant that we were dissatisfied. He did not acknowledge our frustrations and we also experienced no improvement or received any apologies. All in all, there was a huge lack of transparency, accessibility and customer focus. It is absolutely not recommended to work with either of these two men. They are both completely incompetent and unprofessional real estate agents.

Because it was vacation time and the deadline to make an offer was extremely tight, we actually assumed that we had to handle this ourselves. To our surprise, Egbert Jan called us back the same day, with very valuable information. He had reviewed all documents in a very short time and immediately provided a complete and clear advice. The flexibility and thoroughness of that advice really surprised us positively. The subsequent bidding and negotiation process was short and very intense, but excellently guided. 07 Feb 2024We were scammed by this real estate agency. We rented an apartment for 2700 (Lindengracht 332), which they touted as recently renovated and beautiful. In reality, this apartment was filthy and disgusting. The walls had black mold everywhere, the furniture was broken, every corner of the apartment was dirty, worn out, and disgusting. After being confronted with the problems, they started lying and blaming my relatives for 'not following the standard procedure', which was completely untrue. Ultimately, we had to hire a lawyer, but we did get our deposit back, but we were still ripped off by an extra €1350 by the greedy landlord who refused to take responsibility for his disgusting apartment.

07 Aug 2025I was rejected by several real estate agents before I found Boudy. The others always said that my market segment was too competitive and that they could not take on any new clients, or they tried to convince me to increase my budget. Boudy said nothing about all that, and he is the one who helped me buy a nice studio in Amsterdam and move in within just over two months. He gave me good price advice and handled all the necessary procedures for the deal. He also helped me with the negotiations with the seller when there were problems. I can wholeheartedly recommend A Plus Amsterdam to anyone looking for a property in Amsterdam!

She was very professional and the communication was perfect (whereby I also want to praise the expertise of the people at the office!) Everyone was very friendly, helpful and easy to reach. All appointments and planned activities were kept in an online calendar that is accessible to the specific customer. Nothing was left to chance and the house was sold quickly. 07 Dec 2025Champions League level with Bert van Vulpen. Solid, reliable, trustworthy and very good - and fast communication. More details, beginning of September conversation with Angela [selling real estate agent] about the sale of my apartment. 13 September published on Funda with good text and very good photos, which represented the apartment very well. 24 October delivery of deed signed at the Notary. I noticed a number of things during this process. Angela can do her job so well due to an excellent cooperation with the 'backoffice' [hereafter B.O.]. An example, I asked Angela during the review of the purchase contract if we could bring forward the date deed of delivery. Angela calls directly with Ray from the B.O. with my request. Literally 5 minutes later Ray calls back and says: 'I spoke with the notary, it's agreed. Also working at the B.O., Nicola, someone from whom many people can learn. All your questions are answered with patience, quickly and very thoroughly. Also Kirsten and Milou I want to thank because I know that they also worked on my sales file. And then Angela, decisive and knows exactly what is important for you because she listens very well to what you say. With me that gave a lot of trust and that was nice because I don't know where to take all into account when selling. That trust was for example confirmed by the following: for a real estate agent 30,000 euro more or less is not important {gives a commission of 300 euros) but for the seller it's either 300 or 30,000 euros. Angela has realized for me a sales price above expectations and she also said if you think you can get more, we'll try that. In short, if you want to sell your house or apartment there is no reason not to have a free conversation with Angela or her colleagues. I would say do it! Peter ps keep in mind when selling an entity with a VVE account how much the reserve fund contains. This can be used to your advantage during negotiations. If the photographer is scheduled and the view is important, plan this on a day with nice weather:
