We will stick to the positive and negative FACTS only in this review. Positive: - Neat in communication Negative: - Estimated tax value too high initially, which is evident from the speed at which the asking price had to be lowered - Within approximately 1.5 years that our house was for sale, no bids could be realized - Can/could not provide history regarding flyers distributed in parts or addresses in Monster itself - Never received an example flyer for approval themselves - Ask very high costs for any interim cancellation

Paul Roos is a very involved real estate agent. One-on-one guidance, both for the sale of my old house and the purchase of my new house. Mortgage, appraisal, just great.

Sophie van de Burgh from re/Max Westland is not trustworthy! She is messy, forgetful and doesn't keep her appointments! She lies and plays her charms to get her way! Absolutely not recommended!

Through this broker, a property was purchased. Contact was polite and friendly; the young lady in question doesn't have much experience yet, but that wasn't really disturbing. What is a shame is that when you ask if the advertisement of the property can be removed from Funda after signing the purchase contract, a resounding yes is given. But after signing, you are told by the owner of the brokerage firm that this is not possible because it cannot be done with Funda, it's technically impossible. Upon inquiry with Funda, it turns out that this is no problem at all. This broker simply doesn't want to cooperate and therefore claims things that aren't true. Very disappointing! So be careful when making agreements; these are not always kept!

Very bad broker makes you promises and the buying party puts everything into getting a mortgage and ultimately sells to someone else. A similar course of events occurs: people make false promises and just collect money.

Very bad experience with this company! Terrible how they treat people!!! And especially how they talk to the people they have to sell a house to, really awful!!! Santen & Gasille helped me to my full satisfaction in both buying and selling a house. For me, they are professional, helpful, very friendly, think in the interest of the client, think along with the client, and have a personal approach. Bad experience. Not given a fair chance when purchasing a desired property.

The real estate agent did his job for the selling party but didn't really respond when a leak with water damage turned out to be present after the sale. Ultimately had to resolve it ourselves with the former resident. Also, some awkward comments were made during the sales process that he himself (more careful I think?) didn't realize. Also very late for an appointment for a structural survey and initially wanted to blame us until we had email correspondence showing that he was aware. I certainly won’t choose this real estate agent again when selling my house, but especially not buy a house through this real estate agent.
