But Wouter does, luckily. So this office was engaged for the sale of our current and purchase of a new home. Delighted with this choice. Bad experience. Had an appraisal report made. Not customer friendly, and commenting on your house. You say what you are going to renovate and change in the house is not included in the report. And using references from over 4 years ago. And paying heavily for it. Definitely not recommended...
