Following an inspection, we were forced to pray (buyer unfriendly), during the inspection it was indicated that the price not only counts but also other points, ultimately we were told that the bid would not be accepted, those other points therefore do not apply and we were wrongly informed. Also, the selling price was not mentioned, hence why we did make the highest offer. Not recommended to do business with.

IQ real estate agents worked very neatly. They gave good advice on the sales strategy, the communication was excellent and fast, and they really took the time to let everyone view the house (even though it was very popular). They also work with a good photographer. Basically everything was top-notch, truly recommended!
