What bad communication. We have contacted multiple times via email, but were systematically ignored. On important questions there was no response at all. This is really unacceptable, especially if you are seriously interested in a property. Moreover, our wishes were not listened to at all and clear deadlines were not given. Everything seemed to go right past them. You get the feeling here that as a buyer you are not taken seriously at all. For such an important decision, you expect professionalism, availability and respect. Unfortunately, that is completely missing here. Our advice: save yourself frustration and choose another real estate agent.
