Ondanks een herinnering een dag geleden, beweren ze dat onze afspraak een dag later was. Maar volgens hen was het geen probleem: ze zouden de afspraak toch afzeggen, omdat het huis al verkocht was. Blij dat ik een halve dag vrij heb genomen van mijn werk voor deze heerlijke combinatie van slecht gedrag én een schop onder mijn kont. Let wel, deze makelaar is geen NVM-lid.

Hallo allemaal, ik wil even een recente ervaring delen die ik met deze makelaar had. Hij is erg dubieus. Een aantal belangrijke renovaties aan het huis zouden onder de tafel zijn gedaan, wat betekent dat er geen rekeningen of bedrijfsnamen voor geregistreerd staan. Er is dus geen garantie dat het betrouwbaar is. De eerste keer dat we het huis gingen bezichtigen, zagen we behoorlijk wat schade aan het dak door een lekkage. De tweede keer zag je alleen maar nieuwe verfresten en hij deed alsof er niets was. Hij heeft een soort overeenkomst met een andere hypotheekadviseur. Hij kwam bij ons langs, maar ook hij was erg onprofessioneel. We besloten om voor de hand liggende redenen om het proces niet met hem te bespreken. Nadat we die beslissing hadden genomen, is de makelaar steeds maar weer aan het woord geweest over het huis, het bod, en eerlijk gezegd, als je zijn werk, de bezichtiging, de informatie over het huis, enz. vergelijkt met de huizen die we onlangs hebben bezocht, komt hij niet eens in de buurt van de ervaring van een professionele makelaar. Je moet stoppen met het maken van "grappige" (SPOILER ALERT! Helemaal niet grappig en soms tenenkrommend) foto's van jezelf in het huis, en begin met het verzamelen van portfolio's van de huizen om informatie over de huizen te verschaffen en het allerbelangrijkste: zorg voor een transparant proces.

Excellent agency to completely hand over the sale of our inherited property. Clear communication, pleasant contact and handled the situation with utmost respect. Both Tim and Robert appeared extremely professional to us.

I have personally never been treated so unprofessionally. The real estate agent had added something to the advertisement on Funda that turned out not to be true. We did not receive any information beforehand (in this case, they didn't have the energy label, we had asked for it) and submitted a bid. Later we received it and found out that it was missing. We discussed it, we wanted a compromise. It did not (adequately) happen. The seller of course didn't want this because he hadn’t put it there, which I don’t find strange. The real estate agent takes no responsibility. We all decided to continue searching. After some time, we received another message whether they were still interested and it came from the goodness of their hearts to do it right, then not taking the bid seriously and also trying to make a welles-nietus game out of it. If there had been clear communication and acted with integrity, this would not have happened but it has become an absurd situation. I certainly won’t be dealing with this real estate agent anymore.

We experienced Tim as a pleasant realtor. He cares about you and does his best to present the house beautifully - with success - and when purchasing another house, Tim always collaborated with us.
