And if you have a problem with your home, they come, if possible, within a reasonable timeframe to help you out. Bovendien weigerden ze een huisinspectie uit te voeren voordat ik kon verhuizen en zeiden ze dat ik de borg moest regelen met het meisje dat eruit ging... dat lijkt me verdacht, want ik zou mijn borg kwijtraken als ze zouden vaststellen dat het huis niet aan de eisen voldeed nadat de vorige bewoner al vertrokken was. Ik heb beleefd mijn zorgen geuit over de onrechtmatige kosten en mijn wens voor een inspectie, maar ze weigerden meteen mijn vragen te beantwoorden en zeiden dat we niet verder konden gaan met de verhuizing omdat ze een "slecht gevoel" hadden.
