2Ze gedroegen zich zeer onprofessioneel door gedurende het hele gesprek niet transparant te zijn. Concreet: ik ontving het aanbod voor een woning van een van hun agenten. Ik heb alle benodigde informatie aan hen verstrekt, maar ik heb daarna geen reactie meer ontvangen. Ik heb meerdere e-mails gestuurd met vragen over de huurovereenkomst, en pas 3 of 4 dagen voor de verhuisdatum ontving ik een e-mail met de mededeling: "Helaas moet ik u mededelen dat andere kandidaten voorrang krijgen op de kamers in het huis." Dit betekent dat ze mijn plek aan iemand anders hebben gegeven zonder mij daarvan vooraf op de hoogte te stellen. Dit had rampzalig kunnen zijn als ik mijn contract met mijn vorige verhuurder al had opgezegd. Ik weet niet of dit voor internationale studenten of mensen in het algemeen geldt, maar ik zou in ieder geval elk ander verhuurbedrijf boven dit bedrijf verkiezen.
