Beste Anni, Bedankt voor je 5 sterren review. Dit waarderen wij enorm. Ik zie dat je onlangs een nieuwe woning via ons hebt gevonden! Wij wensen je heel veel woonplezier. Met vriendelijke groet, Team Gruno Vastgoed.
Communicatie is ver te zoeken en ze liegen tegen je. Daarnaast maken ze ook zomaar afspraken om afmetingen en foto's te maken. Waarop je reageerd niet te kunnen en dat je het graag een andere dag wilt. Terwijl ze vervolgens niet op je mail reageren en dan alsnog op hun eigen bedachte tijd hunzelf zomaar je studio in laten. Zonder toestemming!!! Ook als je je contract wilt verlengen word dat compleet genegeerd en krijg je ineens een mail dat je "binnenkort vertrekt".

Na een heel lang traject (lees 8+ maanden) met een medewerker van hen die nu niet meer werkzaam is kwam rond mei dit jaar het verlossende "jouw afrekening van 2023 staat klaar, moet alleen nog verstuurd worden." Een paar weken later nog niks ontvangen dus maar weer aan de bel getrokken. Bleek de medewerker niet meer bij hen te werken en de afrekening ook nog niet klaar te staan. Vervolgens langsgegaan bij Gruno. De nieuwe medewerker die ons adres overnam leek heel positief en voortvarend van start te gaan en zei mij toe dat de afrekening van 2023 zsm zou komen. Nu zijn we weer 5 maanden verder en heb ik, ondanks herhaaldelijke verzoeken, nog steeds niks ontvangen. Ontzettend slechte communicatie, krijg nagenoeg op geen enkele mail reactie. Telefonisch is de persoon die ik moet hebben toevallig altijd niet aanwezig etc etc. Update: de afrekening is geweest! Het heeft maar 1,5 jaar geduurd.

Dat dit proces zo lang heeft geduurd en dat je in de tussentijd onvoldoende bent geïnformeerd, is niet de service en communicatie die wij nastreven. Wij begrijpen dat het wisselen van medewerkers en de vertraging rondom jouw afrekening voor veel frustratie heeft gezorgd. Dat je daarnaast herhaaldelijk zelf contact heeft moeten opnemen zonder duidelijke terugkoppeling, vinden wij zeer vervelend om te horen. Fijn dat de afrekening inmiddels is afgerond, maar wij realiseren ons goed dat dit veel te lang heeft geduurd. Jouw feedback nemen wij dan ook nadrukkelijk mee om onze interne werkwijze en communicatie richting klanten te verbeteren, zodat dit in de toekomst anders en beter verloopt. Great company! They always helped me well during my student days when I lived in a room, if anything was wrong you could reach them 24/7. Afterwards, I bought my first home through their real estate department.
The deposit has still not been refunded after 2 months, even though this is stated in their own contract. They cannot tell me over the phone when this will happen. Amateurs arranged things at the office.
Very bad company. A problem was reported with one of the windows in January, and now almost 10 months have passed and nothing has been done. I would advise everyone to choose another landlord/property manager!!
