Chris Rengers is an experienced and skilled broker. Gradually, she proved particularly adept at communication back and forth when the appointments were a little more difficult. A pleasant way of selling for me too. Honest above all. I don't quickly give a full ten, but she’s close to it. I would certainly choose her.

My viewing appointment was canceled on short notice and unexpectedly without a clear reason. When I wanted to introduce myself personally, with all the documents (which they had already received) in my luggage (income statements, proof of identity, CV, etc.), I was resolutely rejected 'because I have two companies abroad'. Ms. Westerdijk behaved arrogantly towards me, showed no interest in my concerns and refused to contact the director. Despite my reliable references and openness about my economic connections, they did not take me seriously. I am active myself in the financial sector and have worked with various brokers, but I have never experienced such arrogance!

Good service! They really think along with you in unforeseen circumstances. Even reachable by phone on weekends and, in consultation, helped as quickly as possible. Special thanks goes out to Daniel.

My elderly stepfather has been offered an apartment after a few viewings. The price/quality ratio is excellent, there is clear communication about the order of steps to be taken. The handover is outstanding, everything is well documented and contact has also been made with the previous tenant. This allowed some items to be taken over. In a few weeks my stepfather will move, we have full confidence in the service of DC Wonen. Oh yes, you also have direct telephone or email contact for questions or things that need to be arranged. All in all, a friendly and service-oriented landlord with excellent rental prices for the offered apartment

The key handover wasn't pleasant. You pick up the key and figure it out yourself. We’ve never experienced anything like this with a rental property before. The apartment is nice. There is some leakage in the roof, but they said a new roof is coming. Communication was good. That you have to pay a deposit if you want an option on the apartment and don't get it back if you then don’t want the property, we’ve never had that with another landlord.

Contacted through Kamernet with DC Housing, incredibly good communication and very well assisted by the real estate agent, as soon as you respond to a room you usually hear within one day that you have been invited for a viewing. Received a room within 2 weeks in Groningen!

Very quickly found a home through DC wonen. Emails are responded to quickly, always polite and with sufficient information.

0 stars. I had a viewing scheduled for 3:10 PM. I rang the doorbell at 3:07, tenant deed open because the landlord was already gone....... Update; From 0 stars to minus 10 stars. After posting this review, I received a VERY unfriendly email, namely; Dear Mr.****, We noticed your Google review with 1 star last weekend. We believe there might have been a better way to address your concerns, but it seems you had already formed your conclusion and didn't feel the need to hear our side of the story. This says a lot about you as a person that you would leave a 1-star review based on this. We are happy to know what kind of person you are beforehand and we are relieved that you do not rent living space from us. We kindly request you to no longer respond to our building on our website.

Not really a decent rental company. They practically ignore you after you sign the contract. They don't even come to your room to pick up the key when you leave. They expect you to go there and hand it over. But more importantly, they also absolve themselves of all responsibility after handing over the room. This leads to students potentially being exploited by misbehaving landlords or living in rooms in poor condition, and the 'agency' takes no responsibility whatsoever or helps in any way. Only use them as a last resort.

Calling doesn't work, and they haven't even had the decency to respond via email, despite multiple emails - no response. Strange company. Typically a slumlord.

Had very pleasant communication with DC Wonen leading up to the rental of my new studio. They responded quickly to emails and kept all appointments. Thanks to a good handover from the previous resident and DC Wonen's quick action, I was able to pick up the keys for the weekend, earlier than expected. Have experienced them as a pleasant party so far 👍

One thing they are good at is writing off the rent every month. *edit 13-12 The quote in the reaction below comes from an email (which is newer than this review). For context: an invoice of €500 was sent without explanation. I had to first ask for clarification. Upon receiving that explanation, I thanked them politely. Furthermore, we have had much more contact and raised issues that were resolved considerably less smoothly.

This company/the people who work for this company are a bunch of scammers. The number of square meters you pay for is not what you actually have. They don't honor their agreements. No wonder they had to sell several properties through the receiver. They also still send 'invoices' two years later, claiming they need to be paid while they no longer own the property.

Overall, only positive words about Solide. Contacted back then to find the living space suitable for me and found it very quickly! Communication is always great and problems are immediately taken over and resolved. As far as I know, Solide is 100% recommended to everyone!!! Top company.

Absolutely worthless rental company. Not even worthy of 1 star. Agreements are not kept. Simple issues are ignored and as a tenant you have to constantly chase them to get anything done. Maintenance reports remain outstanding for months, and then they only solve the problem but do nothing about the damage. The housing shortage in Groningen is high, but do yourself a huge favor and don't rent from this company. Most hopeless bunch of landlords in Groningen. Also take a look at the Sikkom articles about this landlord. In short - DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY.

Several years ago, I rented a studio through this agency (then called Vastgoed Beheer Groningen). The fact that a company changes its name is often already ominous. Also, the current location of Solide Vastgoed Beheer is regularly removed from Google Maps so that people cannot leave reviews. They offer little service for the (high) rent you pay. Emails are not answered or only after repeated insistence. Requesting a second key is a drama, where you are referred to a third party because you received the wrong key. Also, insufficient insight is given into the (service) costs that you pay per month. I don't have a good feeling about this intermediary. Update March 2018: final inspection when leaving the rental property was experienced as unpleasant. The employee in question arrived late and upon arrival it turned out that the new tenants were present at the final inspection (which I thought was strange). You also, as a tenant, have to fill in the preliminary inspection report yourself (where you must indicate what you, as a tenant, would need to repair/restore to the original condition). This really seems like a task for the landlord, who should carry out the (pre)inspection well before the contract expires (and not, as in my case, one day before the contract ends). In this way, as a tenant, you cannot reasonably perform any remedial work.

if you think you're paying a fixed monthly amount for rent including service costs and gas and water! you'll get a fabricated HIGH final bill at the end of the year! !If you call and ask for a specification. you will be referred to email. where you ultimately receive no response even if you send it 10 times. then it is automatically debited from your account. I used to pay 60 euros p/m for internet. at the end of the year you get a bill that you have to pay 500 euros! as mentioned earlier, no response and specification and it is debited from your account. Years ago I rented an apartment through this scammer.... Had to pay cleaning costs of €130 for a 1-room apartment that was 6 months old. I had also cleaned myself! I also spent some time in the cold because the heating didn't work (1.5 months). After insisting, I did not receive any discount for those months. Which, of course, makes sense since they did not deliver all products/services I paid for. Back then a rent of about €1230! Don't know why my review disappeared. So to warn the rest, it is back here again. :)

Short lines and you are well supported throughout the entire journey. Visited the office once, familiar atmosphere! The gentlemen of commerce seem to think quite a bit of themselves, but that's alright and doesn't bother me. Definitely recommend this club!

Making appointments is possible. Whether Solide keeps to the agreements is another story. There has been (of the approximately 25 times (!!)) not once that Solide has kept her appointments. Rent elsewhere if you get even a slight chance. Don't make my mistake.

It quickly became clear to us that we were at the right address with Luc for the mediation in the sale of our ship the Fram. His knowledge is broad, both in the field of seagoing ships, historical ships and recreational yachts. For our ship, a seagoing vessel, quite a bit is involved regarding laws and regulations, the CVO (Maritime Qualification), a sea certificate and matters concerning the land registry. In the period between signing the preliminary purchase agreement and passing at the notary, there were also advices regarding choice of shipyard for drydocking, choice of new suitable berth for the new owner. Called for information, spoken to a presumably incompetent intern and not, as agreed, called back; couldn't be worse

Four years ago again, bought a beautiful charter klipper here. Very skilled and friendly assistance from Luc throughout the entire process. After the purchase, still received a wonderful book and had a beer with Luc and the seller.

Luc de Groot of real estate agency Fikkers sold my Hasselteraak Jakobina for me. Jakobina is a Hasselteraak of 25 x 5 meters where I completed the restoration from zero to a modern, light and sleekly fitted-out ship. The collaboration with Luc was excellent and Luc did what I expected of him. After a photo report and information from my side, an overviewable advertisement appeared on the various sales sites. What was pleasant was that all administrative actions at Fikkers were well arranged and I could focus on the shipyard maintenance. My thanks to Fikkers.

After thorough research, Fikkers was chosen, conveniently located but also due to the more favorable brokerage fee. It turned out to be a pleasant collaboration with Luc (de Groot), partly thanks to his enthusiasm. He created a beautiful and realistic photo reportage with a nice number of viewings as a result. He stood firmly between us and the interested parties and knew how to act decisively. With a clearly prepared agreement, the sale was closed. Everything handled neatly. In short, satisfied.

It was time to go ashore. And I had no idea how to arrange everything around the sale. Too many questions, formalities and incompetence on my part regarding selling my ship. I could always call him with my questions, and if he was with a client, he would call me back the same day. Those 5 stars is certainly what he deserves!

After 15 years of happy occupancy, selling your ship is not a simple matter. Luc completely took care of everything for me: he was always available for my questions and protected me from a few awkward actions. Open, direct and honest in communication, and with understanding for the (for me) emotional side of the process, he excellently arranged the sale of my ship!

Sometimes the sales status lags a bit.
