After we drove for 2 hours with my pregnant girlfriend, they offered us illegal rental without registration for 1300eur excl. VAT. Very bad attitude during the viewing. Wasted our time and money. Stay away from these unprofessional people. After telling me they would call me back after I complained, they never contacted me.

Unfortunately, I have a completely different experience with this real estate agent than the other reviews suggest! After submitting a request for a sales quote, I received a quick response and the visit to the property also went well. The promise that I would receive a quote within a week (I already thought that was long, but okay) was not kept. Subsequently, my email with an inquiry was ignored, and my phone calls remained unanswered. Finally, on Friday (more than 1.5 weeks after the property visit), I managed to get through to the real estate agent, who promised to create a quote over the weekend. The reason for the delay was said to be a move of the office. I find it strange that you, as a customer, should suffer because of this, but despite that, I agreed and would wait until the weekend. You can guess it.. unfortunately nothing received! No response at all during the entire week after sending new emails and leaving a voicemail message. Really worthless! Is this really how you want to treat customers?! If a move is causing problems, communicate that and give the correct expectation. And above all: don't make empty promises! I still hope for a decent reaction and a substantive sales quote.

I wasn't there. But the office is relatively centrally located. Less than 200 meters from the Zandvoort train station, towards the beach promenade. Also speaks German. Perhaps interesting for Germans looking for a living space there. As far as I know, they offer both houses, apartments and rental apartments. We have a very well-designed website where you can choose what you have in mind according to different categories. For example, if you enter houses with a purchase price range of - to -, only these are displayed. Then you don't have to scroll with your fingers anymore. There are also other categories. Real estate agents are not only responsible for the real estate in Zandvoort, but also for places nearby. If you are looking for properties there, you can also specify this in the menu navigation. The real estate agency in Zandvoort has one male and two female employees. The offered objects are quite extensively illustrated, so you don't have to guess whether they are suitable or not. Interested parties know that Zandvoort is not a cheap place. You need a large wallet. Despite this knowledge, I was surprised how much the now vacant terraced house of my former landlord would cost. After all, it dates back to the 1930s and is located directly opposite the train station. The expectation is that it will yield almost €600,000 in sales proceeds. However, it has been for sale for almost a year (from October 2, 2020). As far as I know, there are 3 real estate agencies in Zandvoort offering their services, including this one.

Well. Of course it's an overheated market. But handling prospects like that ruins everything. Bad. Get out of there!!
