Our experience with Eigenwijs Makelaars was enormously disappointing from beginning to end. As representative of our landlord, they consistently acted unprofessionally and did not follow the correct procedures during our rental period. Despite fulfilling our responsibilities as tenants, they retained our full security deposit based on unfounded and nonsensical accusations – which were ultimately rejected by the court. This caused unnecessary stress and financial problems, and it became clear that they were not acting in good faith. We strongly advise others not to work with Eigenwijs Makelaars. Our experience is that their behavior was not only unprofessional but also bordered on deception. We would never recommend them to anyone. COMPLETE FRAUD.

After driving for two hours with my pregnant girlfriend, they offered us illegal rental without registration for 1300 euros excl. VAT. A very bad attitude during the viewing. Waste of our time and money. Stay away from these unprofessional people. After promising to call me back after I complained, they never contacted me again.
Illegaal een huis verhuren via een makelaarskantoor???!!?? Hoe is het mogelijk om een huis te verhuren ZONDER REGISTRATIE??? Deze "kleine" informatie gaven ze alleen tijdens de bezichtiging, nadat we 2 uur in de auto zaten...

Unfortunately, I have a completely different experience with this real estate agent than the other reviews suggest! After submitting a request for a sales quote, I received a quick response and the visit to the property also went well. The promise that I would receive a quote within a week (I already thought that was long, but okay) was not kept. Subsequently, my email with an inquiry was ignored, and my phone calls remained unanswered. Finally, on Friday (more than 1.5 weeks after the property visit), I managed to get through to the real estate agent, who promised to create a quote over the weekend. The reason for the delay was said to be a move of the office. I find it strange that you, as a customer, should suffer because of this, but despite that, I agreed and would wait until the weekend. You can guess it.. unfortunately nothing received! No response at all during the entire week after sending new emails and leaving a voicemail message. Really worthless! Is this really how you want to treat customers?! If a move is causing problems, communicate that and give the correct expectation. And above all: don't make empty promises! I still hope for a decent reaction and a substantive sales quote.

Ik ben niet naar binnen gegaan. Maar het kantoor is relatief centraal gelegen. Op minder dan 200 meter van station Zandvoort, richting de boulevard. Ze spreken ook Duits. Misschien interessant voor Duitsers die daar een woning zoeken. Voor zover ik weet, bieden ze zowel huizen als appartementen te huur aan. Ze hebben een vrij overzichtelijke website waar je vooraf kunt selecteren wat je zoekt op basis van verschillende categorieën. Als je bijvoorbeeld huizen invoert met een koopprijs van - tot, worden alleen die weergegeven. Dan hoef je niet tot op het bot te scrollen. Er zijn ook andere categorieën. Makelaars zijn niet alleen verantwoordelijk voor woningen in Zandvoort, maar ook voor locaties in de buurt. Als je daar naar woningen zoekt, kun je dat ook in het menu aangeven. Het makelaarskantoor in Zandvoort heeft één man en twee vrouwen in dienst. De aangeboden woningen worden uitgebreid gefotografeerd, dus je hoeft niet te raden of ze geschikt zijn of niet. Potentiële kopers weten zeker dat Zandvoort niet goedkoop is. Je hebt een flinke portemonnee nodig. Ondanks deze wetenschap was ik verrast door de prijs van het inmiddels leegstaande rijtjeshuis van mijn voormalige hospita. Het dateert uit de jaren 30 en ligt direct tegenover het station. De verwachting is dat het bijna € 600.000 opbrengt. Het staat echter al bijna een jaar te koop (op 2 oktober 2020). Voor zover ik weet, bieden drie makelaars hun diensten aan in Zandvoort, waaronder deze.
