The broker's focus was on offering the property for sale and dealing with potential buyers. With (too) much understanding for the interests of the buyers. Based on a more active market approach, we believe the selling price could have been significantly higher. The communication regarding the steps in the sales process (deed, transfer deed, etc.) is open to improvement. This resulted in uncertainty on our part until the last moment whether the sale would/would not go through. …

Contact was easily established. However, I had to follow up a lot myself and put extra pressure on the boiler by using the app and calling. It would have been more pleasant if this had come more from the broker. We both had hoped for a higher price, but unfortunately the market wasn't as expected.
