Unfortunately, no pleasant experience. The agent's method is to attract you as a client but then you hear nothing more. We were left with the feeling of a lazy broker. While his commission is very high in relation to other brokers. Also, this broker's strategy did not give us a good feeling. After a price advice, it remained silent for two weeks. Several times we had to initiate contact ourselves. When the reflection period was over to be able to terminate the agreement with the agent, we were called back with the advice to lower the price by €50,000,-. Of course, we did not agree to this. Pleasant contact but the m2 price calculated for my apartment was too high compared to other apartments in the same building, resulting in a sales price that was too high, which resulted in stagnation of the sale. Too passive, I had to indicate myself that I wanted a 'for sale' sign placed. Incorrect (and expensive) ideas to force a breakthrough in sales such as complete restyling. Too little action and support.

Review regarding the sale through broker Greeven of the apartment Raadhuisplein --- Hoofddorp. Asking price € 315,000,-- Bid € 370,000,-- Recently, on March 25, 2022, a unpleasant experience was had with the seller and the selling broker (Ms. Suzanne Greeven) of Greeven real estate agency in Zandvoort. As a building expert, I was asked by the Chinese prospective buyer to inspect the apartment. This inspection did not go well with either the seller or the broker. Slightly impolite and an irrelevant discussion about aesthetic or technical matters. There was actually quite a lot wrong with this apartment: 1. approx. 7m1 of pipes embedded in the ceiling of the living room and poorly repaired. In my opinion, the entire ceiling should be re-plastered and painted. 2. the laminate flooring in the middle is irreparably damaged. Replace the entire floor. 3. wall between bedroom and living room (not standard) badly plastered. Completely plaster and wallpaper or paint over. 4. shower cabin door closes poorly. Rehang or completely replace. 5. a lot of limescale. Bathroom, shower, kitchen. 6. electric hob with deposits. Burned-in grease and lime. 7. moderate storage space for your bicycle 8. cheap equipment sanitary ware, kitchen etc. 10 years old. Boiler also the same. An English version of the purchase agreement was not available for the Chinese prospective buyer. There was little time to decide, let alone discuss the aforementioned defects. It was said that many other prospective buyers were eager to buy. A well-known method to put pressure on people. Conclusion: The broker has no clue what it (emotionally) means for people to generally spend a lot of money on a house/living space. The broker only thinks about turnover. Poor service. I had 2 appointments for 2 houses within Zandvoort (3 years ago). One was for an appraisal and the other for a house offered.
