Unfortunately, only bad experiences with this real estate agent.. From the first meeting, we did not have a good feeling. We got to know this real estate agent during a viewing of a house. The type of house was familiar to us due to acquaintances in the street and therefore the real estate agent fell short with incorrect information. During our further house hunt, it became apparent that this real estate agent knew little about the houses and had to look up or inquire about much of the information. Also, maintaining contact did not always go smoothly. The peak, actually the low point, was at a house where we wanted to make an offer. We asked about the bidding deadline and were told that we would be informed when it was set. We heard nothing until half an hour before the deadline, when we received information from the sellers themselves. Despite being able to place our bid, we then received a call informing us that our bid had not been accepted but that if the potential buyer could not complete the purchase, our offer would still be accepted, so we would be kept informed about the situation. The end result is that to this day (more than 5 months later), we have heard nothing from the real estate agent and again received information via the sellers...

Terrible experience with this real estate agent. If they were allowed to sell our house, they would have been our purchasing agent. The house we bought was from their inventory. The biggest blunder they made was to sell our old house and the new house on the same date. Even the handover went extremely difficult and irritated. The real estate agent does not look after our interests at all. But they manage to talk their way out of everything by saying 'it will be alright' and you are also not easy. Logical with so much stress. We advise choosing a different real estate agent. You are warned in any case. Postscript: and still not acknowledging the mistake/blunder...I immediately said that the same date was not clever. But it was said that buyers know that a definitive date comes in February and that it could be earlier or later by agreement. And our house would be handed over earlier. So it will be alright...(Practice..2.5 weeks earlier) Unfortunately, the buyers stuck to the date in the purchase contract. We trusted the expertise of the real estate agent. Said from the beginning that we wanted at least 2 months to renovate. The real estate agent interfered with what when and how. But the same date for purchase/sale is really not the only mistake. It's an accumulation, and our request to discuss this face to face was never responded to. But it's their word against ours. We are simply telling our experience here. Happy with the new house but absolutely not with the working method and communication of the real estate agent.

De Wekker real estate agency expertly guided the sale of our house. From the very early stage to the transfer, they supported us with advice and action. Without exerting excessive pressure, they ensure that deadlines are met. Questions are answered promptly.
