She reacted very enthusiastically and could even join the viewing. It was lovely to have her there, as I had never bought a house before. 28 Apr 2025Houtman & De Vogel. I had them highly rated as a real estate agent, but they really completely missed the mark. Making an April Fool's joke by offering a characteristic property for sale in Boskoop. Interested parties received an email back stating that it was an April Fool's joke. Knowing how tense the housing market is, especially among young people, this is a truly hopeless joke. In my opinion, the employees didn't think things through well before doing this. Giving people hope in this way I find very bad. I secretly hope it costs them customers. Very very bad Houtman @ De Vogel.

27 Apr 2025A day after I had accepted a nice offer on my house, I was working in my garden and heard someone say on the street: 'see, this house doesn't have a dormer window'. I immediately got a bad feeling and indeed my realtor called that the buyers were withdrawing the offer and making a lower offer. The voice on the street turned out to be Mrs. Mooij. There was no more room for negotiation, it was swallow or choke. That was obviously misjudged in this market: I had more bids and didn't want to deny these buyers anymore. The house is now sold perfectly well. Moreover, my neighbors with dormer windows have a house that is 30,000 euros more expensive and the lack of a dormer window was clearly evident during the viewing. 27 Mar 2025We had chosen this real estate agent for the sale of our apartment due to the good reviews. Unfortunately, not all of our experiences were positive. On a certain day, there were too many viewers booked at the same time within a short period, with insufficient staffing/supervision from Mooij. Afterwards, I noticed that my cupboards had been looked into (and these were not items of furniture left behind), which I found very unpleasant. I had just expressed my concerns beforehand. Many items that were in plain sight had also already been removed. It also happened that an appointment for a viewing was made and no one from Mooij was present at that time, and they were unreachable by phone for a long time. Ultimately, I myself had to conduct the viewing with an interested buyer.

07 May 2025Van Brussel was our purchase and sales broker. A lot comes at you when buying and/or selling a house. For us, it was 42 years ago and went completely differently then. Just the digital hassle is quite tricky. We sometimes got stuck but were fantastically helped with everything. You could always call them and through a group app, contact was even easier. We would definitely recommend this broker to everyone.
