For the sale of our deceased mother's house, we had invited three Amstelveen real estate agents. The choice fell on Gerrit Jan Heemskerk. There was what they call a 'click'. He is involved and enthusiastic and expertly approachable. There was enough pace in selling the house, and he was happy to be available for contact and explanation during the process. The house was sold within a reasonable period and at a great price. A superb real estate agent, a pleasant person. Highly recommended!

Gerrit is an enthusiastic, professional, can-do person who goes the extra mile to close the deal. I would highly recommend using this real estate agent because they offered and achieved a sales price that was much higher than what other agents had predicted. Because he lived abroad and wasn't familiar with how the Dutch market works, he gave good advice and was happy to do a lot of work behind the scenes, in addition to what you would expect from an agent.
