Serious defects and problems were overlooked during the purchase of our house, with major consequences for us as buyers. During the transfer, there was even an unknown, drunk man present in the property, and shortly after the key handover, we received bailiffs at the door for the previous owner. Initially, it was acknowledged that this was very unpleasant, but afterwards we were completely left to our fate. There was no support, follow-up or responsibility from the real estate agent, leaving us with a lot of damage. We therefore cannot recommend this real estate agent.
