Wij hebben onlangs onze woning aan de Achterzoom 16 in Moerkapelle verkocht via Sabine Mos Makelaardij en kijken hier met een heel goed gevoel op terug. Vanaf het eerste contact was Sabine betrokken, duidelijk en fijn in de communicatie. Ze kent Moerkapelle goed en dat merk je aan alles. Dankzij haar inzet en deskundigheid stond onze woning nog geen twee weken op Funda voordat deze al verkocht was, iets waar we natuurlijk ontzettend blij mee zijn! Het hele proces verliep soepel en vertrouwd. Wij zouden zonder twijfel opnieuw voor Sabine en Mos Makelaardij kiezen. Echt een aanrader!

Vanaf het eerste moment was er goed contact over het plan. En eigenlijk is het precies zo gelopen als ze voorspelde ondanks de iets terug nemende markt die was ontstaan waar ze ons wel op wees zijn wij dan ook zeer tevreden met de verkoopprijs.

Our experience with this real estate agent is unfortunately very disappointing. Serious defects and problems were overlooked during the purchase of our house, with major consequences for us as buyers. During the transfer, there was even an unknown, drunk man present in the property, and shortly after the key handover, we received bailiffs at the door for the previous owner. Initially, it was acknowledged that this was very unpleasant, but afterwards we were completely left to our fate. There was no support, follow-up or responsibility from the real estate agent, leaving us with a lot of damage. We therefore cannot recommend this real estate agent.
