After a few days of negotiation, you are then congratulated on the purchase of the property. The bottle of wine being opened is mentioned as a cliché. Less than a day later, a phone call: a former candidate has unfortunately re-registered and offered more. All this without any transparency. A nice way to artificially inflate the price. Of course, reference is made to the fact that all of this is within legal frameworks. Well: even shady used car dealers operate within those same legal frameworks. Long story short: probably a good sales broker. But don't waste your time as a buyer. We’ll continue searching. Finally: please do not respond with a standard social media excuse Update: more than a month later, the property in Ravenswaaij is still for sale. Our suspicion seems to be confirmed.

Viewing done and received little to no information or they didn't know. The floor plan drawing in the brochure was incorrect. And after submitting an offer, only received a standard email stating that we did not have the highest bid. You expect more from such an agency in this price class of houses.

Unfortunately, no positive experience with this broker. In a completely chaotic market, they seem eager to add fuel to the fire. We had contact three times regarding the purchase of a property. During these contacts, it was repeatedly stated that we 'would have to overbid' and that we 'should consider' the asking price as a starting price. When many people are interested in a property and hear this message multiple times, you naturally know what will happen. A sad state of affairs.

Horrendous office with terrible communication. The first time I met them at the office was to pick up my keys. The person handling my case decided it would be funny to pull my leg and say he didn't have the keys. I didn't find that funny after a 2-hour drive. They will also not hesitate to charge you for things that are not legal. I once had to call a lawyer to get them to back down because they made a mistake in the contract which prevented them from raising my rent. Actually, they shouldn't be allowed to raise my rent ever and have already tried to do so several times. The only time they were nice and professional was when they called to ask when I planned to move out, because the landlord forced them to pay the difference they couldn't charge me. With their attitude and behavior, I would gladly want to live here for another 20 years with a frozen rent 🤗

We were able to buy a wonderful house in Amersfoort with great pleasure and success, thanks to the help of Arne Hopstaken. It was an educational search process, during which Arne let us experience the process and so we arrived at the right location, property, and offer. I have rented out my house through Govaert real estate agency for the past few years, very nice how they took the hassle out of my hands and found good tenants. Recently, however, I decided to sell my house. I also did this through Govaert. The help and expertise they offered me was fantastic! It didn't go smoothly, but the great commitment of the sales team led to a beautiful and good sales result, including a very happy buyer!

Spoken on the phone in a very unpleasant manner. It was about renting. They showed no customer friendliness whatsoever. Snapping at customers is apparently normal. I am also looking to sell my house but certainly won't do that here.

Do not do business with this company. They are scammers, steal your money and bring nothing but misery. The administration is not in order, resulting in you repeatedly receiving incorrect invoices for extremely high amounts that were not contractually agreed upon (in my case, bizarrely high costs were charged that were not my responsibility). Subsequently, you incur collection fees and they threaten further action because you have not paid the invoices. After 20 times of emailing and calling, during which they are almost always unreachable, I was finally vindicated with various excuses including “transition to a new administration”, “very busy”, “overworked employees”, etc. Then still had to wait half a year and repeatedly remind them to get money back, which amounted to seriously large amounts (1000+ euros). During the final inspection where both the landlord and an employee of Govaert were present, it was agreed that 100 euros would be withheld from the deposit due to a door that was no longer neat. This was clearly agreed in writing in various email correspondence. Subsequently, a 3x higher amount was withheld from the deposit. The money was never seen again. Communication is impossible, even email correspondence is in flawed Dutch. This company is truly heartbreaking. In addition to dozens of hours and attempts trying to get your money back (which ran from November 2023 to June 2024), it’s a terribly rude way to treat customers. I wholeheartedly advise everyone to rent your home anywhere but here. I also urge potential landlords to place their real estate elsewhere, because they also treat the landlords badly.

Your electric scooter does not belong on the bike path within the built-up area but on the road. And certainly not at full speed, and certainly not overtaking in the bend and scaring other cyclists - and if you then hang behind cyclists, it is useless to start tailgating. To overtake them, you could suddenly move over to the road.
