Ik denk dat het zelden voorkomt dat iemand een review schrijft over de verkopende partij en diens makelaar, maar voor Eigenwijs maak ik graag een uitzondering. In Feb '26 heb ik een woning gekocht in Zandvoort, waarbij ik Eigenwijs heb leren kennen als verkopend makelaar. Wat mij vooral is bijgebleven, is de uitstekende begeleiding ná de aankoop. Ze hebben mij geholpen met vragen rondom de complexe splitsingsakte en waren een waardevolle schakel in de communicatie tussen de verschillende nieuwe eigenaren binnen het pand. Gedurende het hele proces waren ze goed bereikbaar, professioneel en bijzonder behulpzaam. Als starter op de woningmarkt liep ik regelmatig tegen onverwachte situaties aan, en het was ontzettend prettig om te kunnen rekenen op hun kennis, betrokkenheid en snelle ondersteuning.
