After sending emails for 4-5 months stating that payment is still due for the services rendered, there is simply no response and the photos are used without responding to their emails. Deeply and deeply sad. This concerns an amount of €820,- excluding VAT and they do not respond to emails or phone calls. So it's not very convenient to react publicly here.

In this contract that we had with them, it stated that the deposit should be returned within a maximum of 1 month. It is true that they only needed to repair two things in this house, but that took more than four months. We had to call them every day to ask where our money was, and they told us the same excuses every day, and this was so frustrating. All of this after dealing with what I think is the boss of who we were dealing with, “Adrien”. We once had a meeting with them and the reason was that they wanted to come into our house to take pictures (even though we weren't there) because they wanted to sell it, and there we experienced the most surreal thing I have ever seen, he eventually screamed like a child (we are talking about a man of approximately 80 years old) and threw us out. The most unprofessional company I have ever seen. I hope you never work with them.

Hello, I recently had an experience with this company, last year I rented a house from this “company”, I could show that I always respected the payment deadlines and that when leaving the house it was even much better and cleaner than when we moved in. In the past month they lost the interest with us and after they left the house, it took them 5 months to return our deposit (they needed €600 to replace a window of 50*50 cm and a tile of 10*10 cm). It is also worth mentioning that the so-called “boss” of the “company” is a very rude and unfriendly man who treats people who have always been on the best ways.
