After sending emails for 4-5 months stating that payment is still due for the services rendered, there is simply no response and the photos are used without responding to their emails. Deeply and deeply sad. This concerns an amount of €820,- excluding VAT and they do not respond to emails or phone calls. So it's not very convenient to react publicly here.

We had to call them every day to ask where our money was, and they told us the same excuses every day, and this was so frustrating. We had a meeting with them once and the reason was that they wanted to enter our house to take pictures (even though we weren't there) because they wanted to sell it, and there we experienced the most surreal thing I have ever seen, he eventually screamed like a child (we are talking about a man of approximately 80 years or less) and threw us out.
