Een gevlogen makelaar zou het beste bij Kamiel passen. Hij was een verkoopmakelaar van onze aankoopwoning. Vanaf het begin goed contact tot de koop rond was. Daarna 1 groot drama. Slechte communicatie, komt zijn afspraken niet na, komt tijdens inspecties met formulieren die niet getekend waren en zuigt compleet alles uit zijn duim. Deze man gaat over lijken echter had hij de verkeerde getroffen. Uiteindelijk het tekenen bij de notaris uitgesteld omdat de zaken niet op orde waren. Toen de zaken wel op orde waren was de makelaar nergens meer te bekennen. Ik behoed u voor deze makelaar. Wil je dat je afspraken nagekomen worden en dat iemand zich aan zijn woord houd. Dan moet je niet bij de gevlogen makelaar van Lelystad zijn! Update 4-5-2024: Kamiel wil geen biedingen doorspelen aan de verkoper van de Uilenweg 3 omdat er negatieve uitlatingen gedaan zijn op internet over zijn handelen. Best bijzonder en heel onprofessioneel. Kamiel, los je zaken op met de verkoop aan de Waterkersstraat. Je weet ons te vinden om het netjes op te lossen. Update 30-6-2024: Dat klopt helemaal. Ik heb een uitstekende ervaring gehad met Balm Makelaardij. Het team was zeer professioneel, altijd behulpzaam en reageerde snel. De communicatie verliep gedurende het hele proces helder. Ik beveel hun diensten absoluut aan aan iedereen die op zoek is naar een betrouwbaar makelaarskantoor in Lelystad.

Een aanrader, ze hebben oog voor detail en lossen al je vragen en problemen op. Als je hulp nodig hebt bij reparaties of aanpassingen, regelen ze dat snel en persoonlijk. Zeer tevreden over hen.

Een van de slechtste ervaringen ooit. De contracten zijn verschrikkelijk opgesteld, er is een totaal gebrek aan communicatie met de huurders, de woningen worden niet gecontroleerd en zijn al jaren beschadigd. Als er iets gebeurt, neem je wel contact met ze op, maar het kan lang duren voordat de problemen zijn opgelost. We zaten in januari tweeënhalve week zonder verwarming en moesten onze jassen in de woonkamer laten liggen vanwege de kou. 's Nachts was het buiten -7°C en binnen 0°C. Werk alsjeblieft niet met hen samen. Bovendien willen ze je borg nooit terugbetalen na afloop van de huurperiode. Ik zal zeker nooit meer met hen in zee gaan.

Dit bedrijf negeert huurders en huiseigenaren volledig als het gaat om onderhoud of reparaties. Enkele voorbeelden: • Het dak van het tuinhuisje werd door de wind weggeblazen. Het duurde een jaar voordat ze iemand stuurden, en de reparatie was zo goedkoop en slordig mogelijk uitgevoerd, waardoor er overal water lekte. • We zaten twee weken zonder verwarming midden in de winter, met -7 °C buiten en 0 °C binnen. De reparatie duurde meer dan 15 dagen. • Er ontstond vocht in huis, en hun enige reactie was: "Vraag de buurman of het hun schuld is." • Het huis werd opgeleverd met een kapotte afzuigkap, en ze vertelden ons dat dit kwam doordat "we niet wisten hoe we hem moesten gebruiken." • De deurklink van de terrasdeur was kapot, ze "repareerden" hem met een slecht geplaatste schroef zodat hij een paar dagen werkte, en later, bij de teruggave van de woning, brachten ze de kosten ervan in rekening bij onze borg. Aan het einde van het contract inspecteerden ze het huis, ondertekenden documenten waarin werd bevestigd dat alles in perfecte staat was en verzekerden ze ons dat onze volledige borg zou worden terugbetaald. Na meer dan anderhalve maand hadden we echter nog steeds niets ontvangen en hadden ze nooit contact met ons opgenomen. Toen ik persoonlijk naar hun kantoor ging, beweerden ze plotseling dat er schade was die er nooit was geweest. We moesten een advocaat inschakelen en zelfs de daadwerkelijke eigenaar van het pand om ons geld terug te krijgen, omdat wat ze deden volkomen illegaal was. Samenvattend: vreselijke service, misbruik en zelfs illegale praktijken. Slecht onderhoud, onacceptabele reactietijden en een constante poging om geld van klanten in te houden. 👉 Als u een verhuurder bent, denk dan twee keer na voordat u hen uw eigendom toevertrouwt. 👉 Als u wilt huren, blijf dan weg — wat hier goedkoop lijkt, kost u duur.
