This company completely ignores tenants and homeowners when it comes to maintenance or repairs. Some examples: • The roof of the garden shed was blown away by the wind. It took a year before they sent someone, and the repair was the cheapest and sloppiest possible, causing leaks everywhere. • We were without heating for two weeks in the middle of winter, with -7 °C outside and 0 °C inside. The repair lasted more than 15 days. • Moisture appeared in the house, and their only reaction was: 'Ask your neighbors if it's their fault.' • The house was handed over with a broken extractor hood, and they told us that this was because 'we didn't know how to use it'. • The handle of the patio door was broken, they 'repaired' it with a poorly placed screw so it would last a few days, and later, when we returned the house, they charged us for the costs from our deposit. Just two days before moving out, they told us that the house was no longer available and that we had to wait another month... but then in a more expensive property. At the end of the contract, they inspected the house, signed documents confirming that everything was in perfect condition, and assured us that our full deposit would be refunded. But after more than a month and a half, we still hadn't received anything and they never contacted us. When I went to their office personally, they suddenly claimed that there was damage that had never existed. We had to hire a lawyer and even the owner of the property to get our money back, because what they did was completely illegal. In summary: terrible service, abuse, and even illegal practices. Poor maintenance, unacceptable response times, and a constant attempt to withhold money from customers. 👉 If you are a landlord, think twice before entrusting your property to them. 👉 If you want to rent, stay away - what seems cheap here will cost you a lot of money.

Deeply and deeply sad. This concerns an amount of €820,- excluding VAT and they do not respond to emails or phone calls. So it's not very convenient to react publicly here.

In this contract that we had with them, it stated that the deposit should be returned within a maximum of 1 month. It is true that they only needed to repair two things in this house, but that took more than four months. We had to call them every day to ask where our money was, and they told us the same excuses every day, and this was so frustrating. We once had a meeting with them and the reason was that they wanted to come into our house to take pictures (even though we weren't there) because they wanted to sell it, and there we experienced the most surreal thing I have ever seen, he eventually screamed like a child (we are talking about a man of approximately 80 years old) and threw us out. In the past month they lost the interest with us and after they left the house, it took them 5 months to return our deposit (they needed €600 to replace a window of 50*50 cm and a tile of 10*10 cm).
