Ik heb een uitstekende ervaring gehad met Balm Makelaardij. Het team was zeer professioneel, altijd behulpzaam en reageerde snel. De communicatie verliep gedurende het hele proces helder. Dit bedrijf negeert huurders en huiseigenaren volledig als het gaat om onderhoud of reparaties. Enkele voorbeelden: • Het dak van het tuinhuisje werd door de wind weggeblazen. Het duurde een jaar voordat ze iemand stuurden, en de reparatie was zo goedkoop en slordig mogelijk uitgevoerd, waardoor er overal water lekte. • We zaten twee weken zonder verwarming midden in de winter, met -7 °C buiten en 0 °C binnen. De reparatie duurde meer dan 15 dagen. • Er ontstond vocht in huis, en hun enige reactie was: "Vraag de buurman of het hun schuld is." • Het huis werd opgeleverd met een kapotte afzuigkap, en ze vertelden ons dat dit kwam doordat "we niet wisten hoe we hem moesten gebruiken." • De deurklink van de terrasdeur was kapot, ze "repareerden" hem met een slecht geplaatste schroef zodat hij een paar dagen werkte, en later, bij de teruggave van de woning, brachten ze de kosten ervan in rekening bij onze borg. Slechts twee dagen voor de verhuizing vertelden ze ons dat het huis niet meer beschikbaar was en dat we nog een maand moesten wachten... maar dan wel op een duurdere woning. Aan het einde van het contract inspecteerden ze het huis, ondertekenden documenten waarin werd bevestigd dat alles in perfecte staat was en verzekerden ze ons dat onze volledige borg zou worden terugbetaald. Na meer dan anderhalve maand hadden we echter nog steeds niets ontvangen en hadden ze nooit contact met ons opgenomen. Toen ik persoonlijk naar hun kantoor ging, beweerden ze plotseling dat er schade was die er nooit was geweest. We moesten een advocaat inschakelen en zelfs de daadwerkelijke eigenaar van het pand om ons geld terug te krijgen, omdat wat ze deden volkomen illegaal was. Samenvattend: vreselijke service, misbruik en zelfs illegale praktijken. Slecht onderhoud, onacceptabele reactietijden en een constante poging om geld van klanten in te houden. 👉 Als u een verhuurder bent, denk dan twee keer na voordat u hen uw eigendom toevertrouwt. 👉 Als u wilt huren, blijf dan weg — wat hier goedkoop lijkt, kost u duur.
