One of the worst experiences ever. The contracts are terribly drafted, there's a total lack of communication with the tenants, the housing is not inspected and has been damaged for years. If something happens, you do contact them, but it can take a long time before the problems are resolved. We were without heating for two and a half weeks in January, had to leave our coats lying in the living room because of the cold. It was -7°C outside at night and 0°C inside. Please work with them, but not together. Moreover, they never return your deposit after the end of the rental period. I will certainly never go into business with them again.

This company completely ignores tenants and landlords when it comes to maintenance or repairs. Some examples: • The roof of the garden shed was blown away by the wind. It took a year before they sent anyone, and the repair was done as cheaply and sloppily as possible, causing water to leak everywhere. • We had no heating for two weeks in the middle of winter, with -7 °C outside and 0 °C inside. The repair took more than 15 days. • There was moisture in the house, and their only response was: 'Ask your neighbor if it's their fault.' • The house was handed over with a broken extractor hood, and they told us that this happened because 'we didn't know how to use it.' • The door handle of the terrace door was broken, they 'repaired' it with a poorly placed screw so that it worked for a few days, and later, when returning the property, they charged us for it from our deposit. Just two days before the move, they told us that the house was no longer available and that we had to wait another month... but then on a more expensive property. At the end of the contract, they inspected the house, signed documents confirming that everything was in perfect condition and assured us that our full deposit would be refunded. However, after more than one and a half months we had still received nothing and they had never contacted us. When I personally went to their office, they suddenly claimed that there was damage that had never existed. We had to hire a lawyer and even the actual owner of the property to get our money back, because what they did was completely illegal. In summary: terrible service, abuse and even illegal practices. Poor maintenance, unacceptable response times and a constant attempt to hold onto customers' money. 👉 If you are a landlord, think twice before entrusting them with your property. 👉 If you want to rent, stay away — what seems cheap here will cost you dearly.
