Zeer adequaat en professioneel geholpen door Boudewijn en Karin. Altijd bereikbaar, dachten goed met ons mee en altijd een helder advies. 5/5!

Ze zouden hun zaak moeten sluiten! Wat een slechte makelaar. Ik had meer ervaring en professionaliteit verwacht van iemand met 20 jaar ervaring in de branche. Hij rekent zelfs commissie aan, terwijl hij de woning niet kan kopen of verkopen, en hij houdt je vast met een contract voor onbepaalde tijd. Ik had een lijst met belangrijke punten voor de aankoop van een nieuwe woning. Hij negeerde die volledig en stuurde me van alles en nog wat, uit willekeurige buurten, dat binnen mijn budget paste, maar niet op mijn lijst stond. Ik heb zelf een woning gevonden, maar hij rekende me alsnog 1% commissie aan voor het niet goed uitvoeren van zijn werk. Na 9 maanden in Amsterdam is het hem niet gelukt mijn woning te verkopen. Hij heeft de prijs bepaald, ondanks dat hij de woning heeft bezocht en een marktanalyse heeft gemaakt op basis van verkochte woningen in de buurt. De funderingstekst was automatisch gegenereerd door AI en hij vergat de buurt en de voorzieningen in de omgeving te beschrijven. Uiteindelijk heb ik hem betaald om van hem af te komen, omdat hij een jong stel als potentiële koper had aangedragen zonder een geldige financiële check. Hun hypotheekaanvraag werd door twee verschillende banken afgewezen, omdat een van hen erg jong was, geen werkervaring had en nog een opleiding volgde. Bovendien raadde Karin een paar Turkse verhuizers aan om de meubels uit elkaar te halen en in de nieuwe woning weer in elkaar te zetten. Eén van hen kwam erg moe aan, hij had de hele tijd in de auto geslapen. Ze hadden geen gereedschap bij zich om de meubels uit elkaar te halen, verschillende dure meubelstukken raakten beschadigd en ze boden geen verzekering aan.

Zeer tevreden over onze makelaar: snel, betrouwbaar en prettig in communicatie. Neemt veel uit handen en heeft binnen 3 maanden een huis voor ons gevonden, na een jaar zelf zoeken. Aanrader!

Very dissatisfied with this real estate agent. The rental property was offered at a much too high price in relation to what you actually got. Nothing was done about the mold, or all the other defects that fell under the landlord's responsibility. Also, when returning the deposit, the real estate agent withheld VAT. This is not allowed, as VAT may not be calculated on a deposit. This feels unprofessional and incorrect. All in all, no pleasant experience and I would not recommend this real estate agent.

Wat een slechte makelaar zeg. Deuren krom waardoor je zo naar buiten kon kijken, maanden worden er beloftes gedaan dat het gerepareerd zou worden, niets is minder waar. Btw over de borg inhouden wat wettelijk niet mag, dit staat op de factuur, dus tegenspreken heeft geen zin. Contract openbreken is voor de huurder en deze heeft dat ook geaccepteerd. Ieder half jaar zit er een nieuwe huurder in, dit wil toch wel iets zeggen over de service van de verhuurder. Geld rekenen voor een vloer en gordijnen maandelijks, een kraan in de keuken die niet werkt etc etc wat een blamage voor 1800 euro per maand.

Absoluut geen goede ervaring met deze makelaar.
