Brinkman Fine Real Estate is a fine club that still measures up to the human scale. You are personally guided when selling your house and they understand exactly what makes your home so unique. A reasonably unorthodox approach but with a stunning result. Recommended for sellers!
Brinkman Fine Real Estate is extremely customer-friendly, for both seller and buyer. They apply tailor-made solutions and personal service in their profession. Both technically and personally, it's very pleasant to work with them. They are also experienced and involved advisors in execution with a vision regarding style and details. A house is from their perspective not just a house but a space with a personal story, where you can get so much out of it. I have experienced the process as particularly enjoyable with a beautiful result.
I have been closely collaborating with Brinkman Fine Real Estate for several months now and recently successfully completed two rather complex transactions: the sale of one house and the purchase of another. My experience with Brinkman and her directors Anne-Paul and Joep has been exceptionally positive, and I would not hesitate to work with them again or wholeheartedly recommend them to others. Their expert market knowledge and highly refined approach to 'marketing' and 'styling' did not only result in commercially successful transactions with very favorable selling and buying prices but also made the entire process smooth and intelligently planned and executed by Brinkman, making it enjoyable rather than stressful and frustrating as is often the case. To achieve this, Brinkman was clear from the outset about the roadmap and strictly adhered to it while always being extremely transparent and accessible, which truly builds trust.

Would you like to be personally and excellently guided in the sale of your home? Are you willing to think Out of the Box and invest to get the maximum out of the property? Then partner with Brinkman Fine Real Estate. It was an exciting journey where I had to overcome some mental and financial obstacles beforehand, but it was more than worth it afterwards. I took the advice regarding structural issues to heart and allowed myself to be convinced not to stick to my interior taste; this was a bit difficult but it opened doors. Furthermore, unexpected “problems” arising during the process, up to and including the physical relocation, were professionally handled so that I didn't have to worry about them and extra stress and effort on my part has been removed.
The gentlemen like to profile themselves as entrepreneurial brokers who do everything differently. This boils down to presenting the client with a bill of 10,000 euros for photos, restyling etc. without any guarantees. Plus, of course, a substantial commission. So all the risks are borne by the client and you rake in a hefty fee for yourself. A nasty experience.
