We zijn erg tevreden over de communicatie en het hele proces bij Inter Immo. We zijn uitgekozen voor een fijn appartement. Floris was erg behulpzaam! Het enige minpuntje is dat het niet schoon was opgeleverd. Er wordt na een aantal weken een schoonmaakbedrijf gestuurd en wat beschadigde onderdelen worden vervangen. Verder zijn we erg blij :)

We hebben het contract met Inter Immo getekend. Over het algemeen ben ik tevreden en zou ik ze aanbevelen, maar ik moet wel eerlijk zijn. Positief: - We hebben een supermooi appartement gevonden voor een goede prijs, gezien de huidige markt. - De bezichtiging verliep soepel en zonder problemen. - We werden geselecteerd. - Floris was aardig en behulpzaam. Negatief: - Het appartement was erg vies toen we erin trokken. We hebben uren moeten schoonmaken nadat we de sleutels hadden gekregen. Ik vroeg of we een vergoeding zouden krijgen als we een schoonmaakster zouden inhuren, maar het antwoord was dat dat waarschijnlijk niet het geval zou zijn. - De doucheafvoer was verstopt, maar dat is na 15 dagen verholpen. - Het duurde 10 dagen na de verhuizing voordat we het getekende contract ontvingen.

Ik ben erg tevreden over Inter Immo. Super goed geholpen en fijne communicatie! Vriendelijk personeel. Zeker een aanrader!

Na vele jaren van goede service verlening mbt de verhuur van ons huis, heeft Inter Immo (Martin van Plateringen) ook een zeer goed resultaat bereikt mbt de verkoop van ons huis.

Inter Immo Makelaars heeft onlangs mijn woning in Amsterdam Verkocht. Naomi heeft mij hierin nauwkeurig begeleidt. Vlotte communicatie en ze zat er echt bovenop. Het resultaat heeft mijn verwachtingen overtroffen. Ik ben een tevreden klant. Een aanrader!

Een woning vinden in Amsterdam is tegenwoordig allesbehalve eenvoudig. Zelf liep ik steeds vast, totdat ik via Inter Immo Makelaars bij Martin terechtkwam. Dankzij zijn inzet en kennis is het toch gelukt om een mooi appartement te vinden in Amsterdam-Oost!! Zonder deze begeleiding was het mij zeker niet gelukt, onwijs tevreden! Absoluut een aanrader!

Prima,De contacten met Naomi waren prima. Vaak bellen hoe het er voor stond, en altijd op tijd. Ook goede begeleiding.

We hadden moeten luisteren naar de mensen die zeiden dat we geen makelaar nodig hadden. We zijn 7000 euro kwijt en voelen ons opgelicht. We hebben met Martin samengewerkt. We hadden een goede indruk tijdens onze kennismaking. Hij zei dat hij bij alle of 90% van de bezichtigingen met ons mee zou gaan (en als hij niet bij een bezichtiging kon zijn, zou hij zelf gaan kijken als we een bod wilden uitbrengen), dat hij ons advies op maat zou geven op basis van de lokale markt (geen algemeen advies zoals 'bied X bedrag meer'), dat we als eerste toegang zouden krijgen tot nieuwe woningen en dat hij ons in principe bij elke stap zou begeleiden. Dit was precies wat we wilden als we een makelaar inhuurden, dus we hebben een contract met hem getekend. Mijn man kreeg e-mails met woningen (ik was om de een of andere reden nooit aangemeld voor die e-mails), maar geen van de woningen paste echt bij wat we zochten of de buurten waar we het meest in geïnteresseerd waren. Alle woningen die we uiteindelijk bekeken, vonden we via Funda en we hebben Martin gevraagd om een ​​bezichtiging te regelen. Martin ging wel mee met de meeste bezichtigingen, maar niet met de twee bezichtigingen in Houten, een gebied waar we tijdens onze eerste afspraak interesse in hadden getoond en waar Martin had gezegd dat hij ons kon helpen. We misten bijna de deadline voor het doen van een bod op een huis, omdat hij *dacht* dat hij ons de deadline al had verteld na een andere bezichtiging; we hadden hem eerder uitdrukkelijk gevraagd of er een deadline was voor het doen van een bod en hij had nee gezegd. Dit huis was niet een van de huizen die hij met ons had bezocht. We besloten een bod uit te brengen en hij is er NIET zelf naartoe gegaan. Toen het op het bod aankwam, stelden we een bedrag voor en hij gaf ons het algemene advies: "Bied meer als je het echt wilt hebben". We zeiden dat dit het maximale bedrag was dat we voor dit huis konden betalen en hij zei: "Oké, we zien wel wat er gebeurt". Toen we het bod wonnen, regelde hij wel de inspectie voor ons, maar hij ging er NIET bij aanwezig. Hij was die week op vakantie, iets wat hij niet had vermeld toen we onze koopplanning bespraken tijdens de eerste afspraak. Dat hadden we graag van tevoren geweten. Hij had geregeld dat iemand anders van zijn kantoor aanwezig zou zijn, maar die persoon werd ziek, waarna een vervanger voor de vervanger werd gestuurd. Toen onze afspraak bij de notaris dichterbij kwam, nam hij wel even contact met ons op, maar toen mijn man vroeg of er nog actiepunten waren, zei Martin van niet. Toen we vroegen naar de betaalmethoden voor het resterende bedrag tijdens de afspraak, zei hij dat dat vóór de afspraak moest worden voldaan. Nou, dat is nogal een belangrijk actiepunt! Er moesten ook nog documenten worden ingediend. We kwamen hierachter door de e-mails van de notaris te vertalen en te lezen en de details te controleren met onze hypotheekadviseur. Ongeveer een week voor onze afspraak liet hij ons weten dat hij dan niet beschikbaar was en dat hij een collega zou sturen (alweer iemand van kantoor – niet eens degene die al eerder had ingevallen!). We hadden het huis in oktober gekocht en de overdracht vond in februari plaats, dus je zou denken dat hij de datum ruim van tevoren in zijn agenda had geblokkeerd. We hebben dus een enorm bedrag betaald aan een makelaar die letterlijk NOOIT HET HUIS HEEFT GEZIEN DAT WE KOCHT en die de beloftes van onze eerste afspraak totaal niet is nagekomen. Eerlijk gezegd kregen we veel sneller antwoord, beter advies en meer persoonlijke aandacht van onze hypotheekadviseur bij ING dan van Inter Immo. We hebben uiteindelijk alleen een huis kunnen kopen dankzij ons eigen doorzettingsvermogen, marktonderzoek en het obsessief controleren van Funda. Martin regelde wel de bezichtigingen die we bezochten, ging met ons mee naar 3-4 bezichtigingen, regelde het papierwerk voor de aankoop van het huis, regelde de inspectie en gaf nuttige feedback toen we echt onder druk stonden met vragen en tijdens de bezichtigingen waar hij bij was. Daarom geef ik twee sterren in plaats van één. Maar toen het erop aankwam dat we daadwerkelijk kopers werden, voelden we ons echt in de steek gelaten. We kregen zelfs geen felicitatie via telefoon of sms na de afspraak voor de overdracht, waar hij blijkbaar niet eens bij aanwezig kon zijn. We kregen een fles champagne van de makelaar van de verkoper en helemaal niets van onze eigen makelaar.

Het was heel fijn samen te werken met InterIMMO. Door hun ondersteuning hebben wij een huis kunnen kopen in een onrustige en lastige markt. Naomi heeft ons goed geholpen en was heel vriendelijk. Ook al was de situatie soms uitdagend (bijv. met de biedingen n lastige verkopers).

Albert Cuypstraat 189H in Amsterdam was for sale and we made an offer. From the start, there was a highly unprofessional way of doing business. Two viewing requests via Funda remained unanswered, so I had to call myself to even get an appointment. However, the way my offer is being handled, without clear justification, without transparency and with contradictory information, is simply unacceptable. I am beginning to seriously wonder whether the owner of the property is aware of this and if there is favoritism towards another party.

Albert Cupystraat 189H in Amsterdam was for sale and I was seriously interested, hence why I made an offer. Merel, the so-called real estate agent, showed us the property. To my surprise, she was completely unaware of essential information about the property, its designation, the VvE rules and possibilities for a mixed formula. On almost every question we received evasive answers or simply 'yes' without any substantive justification. In the end, after making our offer, we were told that the VvE would not grant permission for a take-away restaurant. When I asked on what basis this rejection was based, and whether I could contact the VvE myself for clarification, this was denied without any explanation. This raises serious questions for me. Transparency is completely lacking, and it strongly gives the impression that they are deliberately steering towards another interested party. The way this company is handling my offer, without clear justification, without openness and with contradictory information, is simply unacceptable. This kind of practices severely damages trust in the real estate market. Shame!

This isn't a good representation for the seller. But also a useless viewing for a buyer, since I didn't get a good feeling from it.

We had planned a viewing for an apartment in Amsterdam. It was pure time-wasting. The floor plan they had placed did not match the reality and the measurement report. There was a small garden on the floor plan that wasn't yours. When we confronted the agent with this, he said that it should have been written off by Funda and the moving account. I thought I would just sign a rental agreement and pay the rent in one go and that would be it, but apparently I was unintentionally auditioning for a role in a Kafkaesque play. Read and shudder... 1️⃣ Advance payment of five months' rent? No sir, first we need to do an income check and annual accounts from the last three years of my company. We rented our house through this agency but what mistakes they made. The rental agreement was full of errors, the rent was sent to an incorrect account number, photos of the house were supposed to be sent but never received, but the most important thing was the temporary termination of the agreement.
