Mijn keuze is op Mr. van Oord gevallen omdat hij de buurt goed kende en een uiterst vertrouwelijke vriendelijke uitstraling heeft. Ondanks dat de markt even minder was qua bezichtigingen heeft hij het maximale er uit weten te halen door slimme onderhandeling. Hartstikke bedankt Roland!
