The men from Urbs Living are very strong in communication! There was always a very quick response, which advanced the process. However, there were only 5 days (including weekend) between the viewing and handing over of the keys, so not much could be negotiated within that time. Otherwise, it was a pleasant experience!

Very disappointed with the service of this agency. They delayed the process when we clearly stated that we needed an apartment for our daughter as soon as possible. They asked for various documents, and even after providing them, it was frustrating, discriminatory, and frankly classist and racist, because both parents' income and our daughter's $3000 per month were not enough according to the agency/owner. I immediately paid four months of rent in advance, but that was still not sufficient. They made it clear they only accept incomes from the Netherlands or pay stubs over $6000 for an apartment costing $1600. It's absurd and they are depriving young people of the dream to work, study, and live in a metropolis where supposedly everyone is accepted. Total lack of empathy.
