Urbs Living

Als ik 0 sterren kon geven, had ik dat gedaan. Dit makelaarskantoor blinkt uit in desorganisatie en gebrekkige communicatie. Na een week lang niets van zich te hebben laten horen, werd mij per e-mail meegedeeld dat de verhuur via een “andere makelaar” was verlopen. Enkele dagen later volgde , opnieuw per e-mail, het bericht dat ik tóch was geselecteerd en dat ik al binnen twee dagen in de woning kon trekken. Een dag later bleek dit wederom onjuist: er was een fout gemaakt en de e-mail was naar de verkeerde persoon gestuurd. Daarmee werd ook meteen duidelijk dat het proces helemaal niet via een andere makelaar was verlopen. Duidelijke en betrouwbare communicatie zou de kern moeten zijn van de dienstverlening van een makelaarskantoor, maar UrbsLiving lijkt dit niet serieus te nemen. Gezien de opvallend vele positieve reviews rijst bij mij dan ook sterk de vraag hoe betrouwbaar deze zijn, aangezien dit verhuurproces allesbehalve professioneel is verlopen. Een bijzonder teleurstellende ervaring.

We zijn ontzettend goed geholpen door Sofiane. De communicatie was prettig en professioneel, en er werd echt meegedacht. Ben je snel op zoek naar een mooie woning in Amsterdam voor een goede prijs, dan kan ik Urbs Living absoluut aanraden.

Rick en zijn team hebben me geholpen een huurappartement te vinden voor mijn dochter en haar huisgenoot, beiden studenten. De huurmarkt is ontzettend krap en wekenlang online zoeken leverde niets op. Verhuurders lijken studenten ook niet zo te waarderen, en een buitenlandse garantsteller (ik) helpt ook niet echt. Dus ik was behoorlijk wanhopig. Rick luisterde naar al onze criteria en beperkingen en beloofde dat hij iets voor ons zou vinden. En dat deed hij! Toen hij een appartement had gevonden dat we leuk vonden, gaf hij ons tips over hoe we de best mogelijke aanvraag konden schrijven en vertegenwoordigde hij ons bij de verhuurder. Daarna volgden alle stappen tot alles getekend was en we de sleutels kregen. En dat allemaal terwijl ik in de VS op reis was! (Mijn zus deed de bezichtigingen.)

We hebben een fantastische ervaring gehad met Rick en Sofiane! Het proces kan overweldigend lijken, maar zij zorgden ervoor dat het van begin tot eind helder, rustig en goed begeleid verliep. Ze reageerden ontzettend snel, werkten naadloos samen ondanks de verschillende tijdzones en hielden ons bij elke stap op de hoogte (zelfs tijdens een lang weekend). We voelden ons echt goed verzorgd gedurende het hele proces. Hun advies over hoe we ons bod konden versterken was doordacht en praktisch, en we hebben de allereerste woning waarop we ons hadden aangemeld, kunnen bemachtigen. We zijn hen enorm dankbaar voor hun steun.

Een heel groot dankjewel aan Rick voor het snel vinden van een appartement op een fantastische locatie. Er werd rekening gehouden met al onze wensen met betrekking tot het appartement! De verhuizing van het buitenland naar Amsterdam verliep heel soepel, dankzij de duidelijke instructies en de video-/telefonische bezichtiging van het appartement vooraf. 10/10

Ik ben naar Amsterdam verhuisd. Urbs Living en Rick hebben me van begin tot eind geholpen, van het vinden van een geschikte woning tot het overhandigen van de sleutels. Ik kan Rick en zijn team niet genoeg aanbevelen. Dankjewel.
