Terrible match. If the real estate conglomerate is behind your rental property, you’re not lucky. They are kings at pretending it’s not their responsibility, don’t resolve anything themselves and preferably throw everything over the fence. They know that legally nothing can happen anyway. I read multiple reports about the deposit and it looks like this is a recurring problem. The deposit is often too low to obtain justice, which means the real estate conglomerate knows that nothing will happen anyway. In any case, I have been wrongly deprived of my deposit. It was paid out to someone else who has no right to it. The real estate conglomerate knew this and this was indicated and confirmed 10 to 15 times beforehand: 'It will be alright,' they said. Of course, it didn't go well and they did not transfer the money to the person who had a right to it. After a number of emails without response, I went there by bike, but all I got out of it was an email from them to the other party asking if they wanted to transfer the money to me. 'Sorry, things didn't really go well, but unfortunately we can’t do anything more.' Meanwhile, that money is no longer important, but it is very unfortunate to see such a large company not taking responsibility. I would like to warn others about this.
