I only asked/engaged Jarl Brouwer very late. He was very willing and helpful. (Almost stripped the shirt from my back, but that's only a good thing, and necessary...) As a purchasing agent, he was accommodating and helpful. He managed to 'get' the property in this very inflated Amsterdam market, and we have since purchased him. More than satisfied. He knows the ins and outs of the situation, especially on the Amsterdam market, and is always ready to be helpful. With pleasant and personal contact. - WARM recommendation!

At the beginning of 2024, we purchased a holiday home with a casco on park Harderwold, with the aim to rent it out. Due to a move to the US and because we couldn't find our way in the rental conditions of the park, we decided at the end of 2024 to sell the property. Real estate agent Dop advised us to lower the asking price by €80,000, because otherwise, according to him, the property would be unsellable including Costs Koper. Based on his expertise, we adjusted the price, after which the property was quickly sold. During the sales process, there were signals that there might not be any Costs Koper, because the property was not yet officially in use and was not being rented out. Nevertheless, the real estate agent remained of the opinion that Costs Koper would still apply. In the meantime, more than a year later, it turns out that no Costs Koper were applied and as expected this will also not happen anymore. In hindsight, this had major financial consequences for us. When we raised this with the real estate agent, he said it was annoying that we were not satisfied, but he did not take responsibility for the given advice and its consequences. Our request to reconsider (part of) the commission was rejected.

We are very pleased with Dop. The sale of our home was neatly, carefully and smoothly handled. Good consideration was given, clear communication took place and agreements were followed through. A nice collaboration from start to finish. Definitely a recommendation.

Ik had een bezichtiging ingepland voor een tijdelijke huurwoning die pas 2 weken later kon plaatsvinden, aangezien verhuurder in het buitenland zat, zo werd mij verteld. Ik vroeg nog expliciet hoeveel andere geinteresseerden er waren maar er werd mij gezegd dat ik de eerste was. Een paar uur voor de geplande bezichtiging werd ik gebeld dat de huurwoning niet meer beschikbaar was. Die bleek een week daarvoor reeds verhuurd te zijn. Inter Immo heeft me dus gewoon in de maling genomen. Onprofessioneel.

We are very satisfied with the communication and the entire process at Inter Immo. We were chosen for a nice apartment. Floris was very helpful! The only downside is that it wasn't clean when handed over. After a few weeks, a cleaning company will be sent and some damaged parts will be replaced. Otherwise, we are very happy :)

Positively: - We found a super nice apartment for a good price, considering the current market. - The viewing went smoothly and without problems. - We were selected. - Floris was friendly and helpful. Negatively: - The apartment was very dirty when we moved in. We had to clean for hours after receiving the keys. I asked if we would get compensation if we hired a cleaner, but the answer was that it probably wouldn't be the case. - The shower drain was clogged, but that was resolved after 15 days. - It took 10 days after the move before we received the signed contract.

Prima,De contacten met Naomi waren prima. Vaak bellen hoe het er voor stond, en altijd op tijd. Ook goede begeleiding.

We should have listened to the people who said we didn't need a real estate agent. We are out 7000 euros and feel scammed. We worked with Martin. We had a good impression during our initial meeting. He said he would go along to all or 90% of the viewings with us (and if he couldn't be there for a viewing, he would go himself to check it out if we wanted to make an offer), that he would give us tailored advice based on the local market (not general advice like 'offer X amount more'), that we would get first access to new properties and that he would in principle guide us through every step. This was exactly what we wanted if we were to hire a real estate agent, so we signed a contract with him. My husband got e-mails with properties (for some reason I was never registered for those e-mails), but none of the properties really fit what we were looking for or the neighborhoods where we were most interested. All the properties that we eventually viewed, we found via Funda and we asked Martin to arrange a viewing. Martin did go along with most of the viewings, but not with the two viewings in Houten, an area where we had shown interest during our first appointment and where Martin had said he could help us. We almost missed the deadline for making an offer on a house, because he *thought* he had already told us the deadline after another viewing; we had explicitly asked him earlier if there was a deadline for making an offer and he said no. This house wasn't one of the houses that he had viewed with us. We decided to make an offer and he did NOT go there himself. When it came time for the offer, we made a bid amount and he gave us the general advice: 'Offer more if you really want it'. We said that was the maximum amount we could pay for this house and he said: 'Okay, let's see what happens'. When we won the bid, he did arrange the inspection for us, but he was NOT present. He was on vacation that week, something he hadn't mentioned when we discussed our purchase plan during the first appointment. We would have liked to know that in advance. He had arranged for someone else from his office to be present, but that person got sick, so a replacement for the replacement was sent. When our notary appointment came closer, he did contact us again, but when my husband asked if there were any action items left, Martin said no. When we asked about the payment methods for the remaining amount during the appointment, he said that had to be settled before the appointment. Well, that's quite an important action item! There were also documents to be submitted. We found out about this by translating the notary's e-mails and reading them, and checking the details with our mortgage advisor. About a week before our appointment he let us know that he wouldn't be available and would send a colleague (again someone from the office – not even the one who had already stepped in!). We bought the house in October and the transfer took place in February, so you would think he had blocked that date well in advance in his calendar. So we paid a huge amount to a real estate agent who literally NEVER SAW THE HOUSE WE BOUGHT and who didn't fulfill any of the promises from our first appointment. Honestly, we got much faster responses, better advice and more personal attention from our mortgage advisor at ING than from Inter Immo. We were only able to buy a house in the end thanks to our own perseverance, market research and obsessively checking Funda. Martin did arrange the viewings we visited, went with us to 3-4 viewings, arranged the paperwork for the house purchase, arranged the inspection and gave useful feedback when we were really under pressure with questions and during viewings where he was present. That's why I'm giving two stars instead of one. But when it actually came down to us becoming buyers, we felt really left in the lurch. We didn't even get a phone call or SMS congratulations after the transfer appointment, where he apparently couldn't even be present. We got a bottle of champagne from the seller's agent and absolutely nothing from our own agent.
