Recently I bought a house and De Huizenbemiddelaar is the selling agent for the house. We had terrible experiences with the collaboration with them, because the agent fails to perform the basic tasks that he should do. There were multiple leaks in the house when we received the transfer and both our agent and the selling agent failed to resolve the problem. The only thing I consistently got from them was that the owners were unavailable and that they handed over the house with all the discarded furniture they had left behind. unnecessary, it was elementary politeness to remove their belongings and provide a good handover. Be careful when choosing this broker, whether you are a seller or a buyer.

Contact went well, the house was sold very quickly. What was nice was that I had insight into how many viewings there had been and what people thought of it. What I personally found a pity was that it only became clear after the closing date what had been offered; I would have preferred to know that earlier.

Much communication took place via a WhatsApp group as we deemed desirable. Dirk responded quickly to questions. The location of our house, in a village in the forest and therefore with many trees around our house, turned out to be more of a disadvantage than an advantage for surprisingly many viewers. This meant that Dirk had to guide more than 30 viewings (including “2nd” and “3rd” viewings). He continued to take care of this with unwavering enthusiasm.

Suddenly there are people in our house. Without us knowing about it. The communication could be a little better in that regard.
