We had a nice little house in mind on Vredenseweg, and it turned out afterwards, according to the owner, that there was asbestos on the roof! In the sales advertisement from RGO, it's nowhere visible noted...🙈 You'll be the buyer who finds out afterwards that thousands of euros are needed to remediate it! A reply saying I should call next time but I did that too regarding the question about the asbestos and I would be called back but that phone call still needs to come!! Regards

In the end, we had 2 real estate agents: initially contact was Dyon Stroop. He had a good story, smooth talk but after the assignment distribution contact became quickly more difficult. Feedback on visits by potential buyers left much to be desired. Contact with back office proceeded smoothly. In January, Dyon was replaced by Roelof Vos, who works quickly, correctly, pleasant in the interaction and gave good advice and guidance during the sales process. I would definitely recommend him.

Very negative experience with this office. I advise not to do business with them. The communication mostly takes place by telephone, but when there is a disagreement, they suddenly act as if nothing has been discussed or known to them. They use two different standards when it comes to adhering to the agreements/rules and this causes great concerns for the other party.
