We sold our home through SEM Makelaars. We are happy with the guidance provided by the real estate agent. Not only were our wishes listened to, but something was actually done about it. On its own a good first contact for an appraisal, however more steps needed to be taken. Then it turned out that the appraisal would cost more effort, and I was quickly dismissed. Half an hour before the appraisal, the appointment was cancelled because one document was missing, while the documents had already been sent more than a week earlier for validation (without any response). Besides having a busy job, making time to be at home, only to then be quickly dismissed shortly before. For me, another appraiser!
