Just had a rather strange phone conversation with Sebastiaan. To the simple question about which procedure a house will be sold through, I received no answer. Unfortunately, I only had one slot to view the property which coincided with another appointment and I wanted an answer to this question. This was also promised to me when making the appointment and again yesterday afternoon. I was told to 'just go to the viewing' and then 'see what you find more important'. I had already contacted them about this when making the appointment, and the day before the viewing, and on the day itself at the moment the office opened. I wanted to know what the sales procedure would be in order to determine whether it was even interesting to go look. Of course, I won't show up after the selling agent couldn't provide me with even the simplest information?

They also responded incredibly quickly to my WhatsApp messages: usually within an hour, often within minutes. They could advise on neighborhoods, legislation, and knew what to ask during the viewings and what to look out for (for example, tips that I wouldn't think of during the viewing like 'it's a top floor with a flat roof, expect it to get really hot in the summer'). They were very quick at scheduling viewings and communicated well with the selling brokers, so I always knew what the current situation was (let’s think about this for a moment, should we consider making an offer, approximately how much). The entire process, from the beginning of the viewings to the signing of the contract, took less than two months, partly thanks to their quick response times and planning of services via their network (technical inspector, notary etc.).
