Unfortunately, a very bad rental experience through this real estate agent. The property was handed over dirty with hairs in the bathroom and soiled underwear from the previous tenant still under the bed. In the 1.5 years that I lived there, many defects arose. For example, there was a short circuit due to the bath, there was constant mold on the walls in the bathroom, the lighting in the kitchen didn't work or partially, a gas burner never worked, and so on. Unfortunately, hardly anything was done about this and communication was very poor. You couldn't reach them by phone and they responded late to emails. All of this for a property of 39m2 with a rental price of €1430.

I have been transferring my insurance policies here for over 20 years and used to always experience a high degree of personal service. Unfortunately, that is no longer the case. Responses to messages are slow, impersonal, and there’s also no more sign of a proactive attitude. My report about an accident abroad requiring repatriation was answered with nothing more than the data of the alarm center, while they should have taken action as well. This caused unnecessary delays in the process. You shouldn't even expect a simple confirmation of receipt on days when your contact person is absent. I reported this, but instead of Emile adopting a customer-friendly attitude and asking me why I experience it that way, I hear him mutter in a cynical tone that he finds it strange that I think so. Which to me comes across as if I am being portrayed as a complainer. I have little desire to remain a customer with a company that treats its customers this way; I’m going to shop around for a new intermediary.
