I've noticed that this real estate agent handles placing the correct data on Funda rather carelessly. Dimensions of plots are almost consistently made larger than they actually are, while the correct data can be easily retrieved from the Kadaster. Volumes of homes are made larger than they are. Garden directions are incorrectly stated, whereas a glance at the map is sufficient. Sorry but I don't consider this professional.

Appartement gekocht in Amsterdam. KRK was de verkopende makelaar namens een woningcorporatie. Uitstekend geholpen; Hannah Baars en Twan Kok waren steeds goed bereikbaar, gaven goeie informatie en kwamen afspraken stipt na. Prima ervaring. En ik was niet eens klant.

Disappointing experience. Real estate agent repeatedly asked for the highest bid, not transparent about the sales process. Not reachable for questions. Doesn't know the market in which they operate themselves. Wants to later 'fix' it by offering a lower quality house at the 'same price', but not officially (?). Real estate agency makes me think of a Monty Python sketch.

Everything went smoothly. Well assisted. Apartment sold quickly. Professional. I could call the real estate agent anytime, nothing was too much. In short, nothing to criticize.

Disappointing experience. I approached this real estate office twice and both times it was promised that we would be called back. Unfortunately, we never heard from them again. Understandable that it can be busy, but from an office with this reputation you at least expect some form of communication, even if it's just a short e-mail with an indication of waiting time or an update. Leaving people in the dark comes across as unprofessional and unreliable. Especially when you're seriously looking for a home in a higher segment.

Onze ervaring met deze makelaar was helaas bijzonder teleurstellend. Vanaf het begin ontbrak het aan transparantie: belangrijke informatie werd niet gedeeld, vragen werden ontwijkend beantwoord en we moesten constant zelf achter updates aan. De communicatie was ronduit slecht — traag, onduidelijk en vaak compleet afwezig. Wat het nog frustrerender maakte, was het totaal gebrek aan empathie en betrokkenheid. In plaats van met ons mee te denken of proactief stappen te zetten om het proces te versnellen, leken ze nauwelijks geïnteresseerd in het tot een goede afronding brengen van de transactie. We hadden gehoopt op professionele begeleiding, maar kregen het tegenovergestelde. Op basis van onze ervaring kunnen we deze makelaar helaas niet aanraden.

Chris is ontzettend flexibel en betrokken. Hij kon dezelfde dag (na ons eerste telefoontje) nog aansluiten bij de bezichtiging en dat gaf direct vertrouwen. Gedurende het hele proces heeft hij mij scherp en eerlijk begeleid. Hij kijkt niet alleen naar de kansen, maar ook kritisch naar de risico’s en denkt actief met je mee. Geen standaard aanpak, maar echt maatwerk. Wat voor mij het verschil maakte, is zijn strategisch advies bij het uitbrengen van het bod. Dankzij zijn inzicht en aanpak heb ik uiteindelijk duizenden euro’s bespaard ten opzichte van wat ik zelf waarschijnlijk had geboden. Mijn hypotheekadviseur zei zelfs: 'Dit gebeurd niet vaak dat je zo'n goede deal nog kan sluiten anno 2026, met een verkopende partij'. Chris is niet te vertrouwen. Doet zich voor als aankopende makelaar terwijl hij verkopende makelaar is. Verkoopt iets zonder parkeerplek terwijl dat niet mag van de VVE. En als je dat er dan dus bij moet kopen vraagt hij een prijs ver boven de marktprijs. Mijn vader is daar mentaal aan onder door gegaan, moest zich terugtrekken uit de verkoop. Weer doet chris daar bij allerlei beloftes die hij niet nakomt. Ik zou met een hele grote boog om deze man heen lopen.
