Our home was sold via Transparant and they also advised us for the purchase of the new home. Everything went smoothly, good and clear conversation, suitable offer with everything included. In every step of the process the Transparant team takes you along and I mean that literally, because if Pieter is not available, I get Gijs on the line and he also knows where everything stands with the statuses. Jip stalked me to deliver things for the house online. That's great because that way you don't get what we experienced on the other side, last minute adjustments and hassle. After receiving an offer that left me satisfied, I was advised to agree to a lower amount, supposedly because the valuation might come out lower. What that advice was based on remains unclear to me.
