Our experience with this real estate agent is unfortunately very disappointing. Serious defects and problems were overlooked during the purchase of our house, with major consequences for us as buyers. During the transfer, there was even an unknown, drunk man present in the property, and shortly after the key handover, we received bailiffs at the door for the previous owner. Initially, it was acknowledged that this was very unpleasant, but afterwards we were completely left to our fate. Door hem ben ik tijd en geld kwijtgeraakt. Ik heb de overeenkomst volgens de wet ontbonden, omdat hij zijn verplichtingen verzaakte. Dit kost me tot nu toe veel stress, omdat deze makelaar me nog steeds lastigvalt en veel geld eist, en me allerlei facturen stuurt. Deze makelaar is een nachtmerrie waar je moeilijk vanaf komt. Bovendien is hij erg duur, en zijn diensten zijn dat geld niet waard.
