I am definitely satisfied with the agent. That is not the case for the company that was allowed to create the photo and video material (Zien24). Robotic and uncooperative. Not towards me, nor towards the agent. Idiotic video that also did not appear on Funda. Unfortunately, I have no choice but to still charge the brokerage firm. I gladly recommend the agent on the condition that they bring Zien24 to a different attitude or show them the door.
