One area for improvement is that Robin isn't directly reachable by phone and the reception has limited file knowledge. To resolve this, it would be helpful to be able to schedule a call appointment via a system/website.

It was difficult to obtain a valuation report on time. But at Emanuels Taxaties, they could come for the valuation within a few days. Unfortunately, the deed of sale ran out enormously, but despite that, Emanuels Taxaties managed to get everything sorted out within a few hours. Never again will I have an appraisal done by Robin. He's been working on it for half a year now and doesn't respond to emails or WhatsApp messages. When I call him, he's annoyed and shifts all responsibility. Now he has to come back again because the photos in the report wouldn't be up to date otherwise. Do you think it’s strange if it takes more than 6 months to do an appraisal? What a terrible movie this is. He's a friendly guy, but his talk is 1000 times faster than his work. Not recommended unfortunately.....

Ik wou dat ik eerst de recensies had gelezen voordat ik Emanuel's Makelaardij een belastingaangifte liet opstellen. Het duurde meer dan 14 dagen voordat ze een rapport hadden opgesteld dat andere bureaus en online diensten binnen enkele uren hadden kunnen leveren. En zelfs nadat ze beweerden dat het rapport klaar was en we betaald hadden, is het nog steeds niet aangekomen, niet binnen een paar uur na betaling. Ze reageren ook niet op e-mails met de vraag of ze het rapport nu kunnen versturen nu ik betaald heb. Aan de telefoon lijken ze vriendelijk, vandaar de 2 sterren, maar de levering is verschrikkelijk. Het is het type bureau dat je laat betalen en daarna niet meer reageert.

Don't have an appraisal done by Emanuels Makelaardij! Sweet talk with an appointment within 24 hours and an appraisal report within a few days. After the viewing of my house, the appraiser cheerfully went skiing without mentioning it. Called for days in a row but they don't come up with a solution. Ultimately had to wait 3 weeks for an appraisal. That's how people get into trouble with their mortgage application! No apology or compensation afterwards either. Do yourself a favor and request an appraisal elsewhere.

I got in touch and quickly received a phone call with an explanation and to schedule an appointment. This could already be done within a week. The appraisal in the house was skilled and very friendly. Contact went smoothly. After the appraisal, there was a conclusion within 3-4 days and after payment, the report became available. We recommend it!

Het was geweldig om met Max en Maaike samen te werken. Maaike en Max beheren al zo'n 5 jaar ons huurpand en hebben ons onlangs geholpen met de verkoop ervan. We wonen in het buitenland, dus we waren een beetje nerveus om met hen in zee te gaan, maar ze werden ons van harte aanbevolen, en terecht. Ze hebben uitstekend werk geleverd met het selecteren van huurders en het beheren van het pand. Het was voor ons een zeer zorgeloze ervaring. De paar keer dat er iets misging, pakten ze het meteen aan en losten het vrijwel direct op, wat erg fijn was. De facturering was altijd duidelijk en we werden vooraf op de hoogte gesteld van alles wat gedaan kon of moest worden. Ze boden ook een complete service voor zaken als onderhoud, wat ons veel tijd bespaarde. Toen we het appartement moesten verkopen, hebben we hen daar ook met plezier voor ingeschakeld. De ervaring was geweldig. Ze zorgden ervoor dat de verkoop soepel en snel verliep voor een prijs waar we tevreden mee waren. Ze namen ook de tijd om al onze vragen te beantwoorden en zorgden ervoor dat we volledig op de hoogte waren en ons op ons gemak voelden bij elke stap. Ik kan ze zeker aanbevelen voor al uw vastgoedprojecten!

This company is a disgrace for their profession. The offensive attitude of this 'agency' proves that customer service IS NOT their priority. A few points: - They refused to send me a detailed invoice. - They refused to explain for which services I had to pay exactly. - They refused to cooperate and appointments were only made at their convenience, with little prior notice. - They gave unknown people access to my apartment. - I had to clean the entire apartment myself after my move-in. - I had to arrange all necessary repairs and other matters when I moved in. - They refused to answer multiple e-mails about the apartment and rental conditions. - For information regarding expected energy consumption they referred me to the previous tenant. Why should I have to contact the previous tenant? - Various other e-mails remained unanswered. - They shared confidential information with others. - They asked for an 'official inspection' with a dubious justification. .... and much more.... And the cherry on top: They approached my employer with the intention to pressure me or even blackmail me. They caused nothing but stress and problems and asked me to pay hundreds of euros for no service at all. After two months I moved out, because I couldn't live peacefully in the apartment and the daily contact with this 'real estate office' was more than unpleasant. In short: They indeed have nice apartments, but if you are considering going into business with them, I advise you to document every appointment in writing and make detailed notes/documentation (as I did)!

Al met al een fantastische ervaring! We hebben zeker met meer dan tien makelaars te maken gehad tijdens onze verhuizing van Londen naar Amsterdam, en Max was veruit de beste! De service was overal van topniveau; we konden de flat bezichtigen en hadden de sleutels de volgende dag al in handen :)

Nooit doen! Ik ben een verhuurder die deze partij gebruikte voor het vinden van huurder. Expats Amsterdam is niet aan te bevelen voor zowel verhuurder als huurder. Hun nalatigheid (accurate afhandeling van check out en check in), niet leveren van verplichtingen (onjuist opstellen contracten en algemene voorwaarden) en geen ondersteuning/reacties heeft er toe geleid dat ik door hun gebreken met huurder in rechtbank stond. Ter verduidelijking dit door toedoen van Expats Amsterdam (niet) handelen en kwaliteit. Het heeft mij en huurder ontzettend veel tijd, energie en geld gekost afgelopen 12maanden. Zeer af te raden om hun te gaan werken. Uitspraak rechter was duidelijk t.a.v agency, doe je voordeel met deze review en lees uitspraak indien er wordt getwijfeld.

Een fantastisch bedrijf dat om zijn klanten geeft. Expats Amsterdam is professioneel en snel. Ik heb een geweldige ervaring gehad met Lupe en Debby en kan dit bureau absoluut aan iedereen aanbevelen.

Dit bureau heeft mijn man en mij in het verleden geholpen bij het vinden van een huis in Amsterdam. Maar toen het tijd was om het appartement te verlaten, kregen we te maken met veel problemen met de eigenaar over de borg en expats. Amsterdam heeft ons geen enkele hulp geboden, zelfs niet nadat we erom hadden gevraagd. Het is bijna 8 maanden geleden en we proberen nog steeds ons geld van de eigenaar te krijgen. Houd er rekening mee dat het bureau niet echt helpt bij conflicten met de huiseigenaar.

Expats.Amsterdam is verschrikkelijk. Nadat we als huurders aan al onze verplichtingen hadden voldaan, hield Expats.Amsterdam het grootste deel van onze borg in zonder enige goede uitleg. Mijn huisgenoot en ik hebben meerdere keren gebeld, gemaild en ge-sms't, maar ze negeerden ons gewoon. Het lijkt erop dat ze er plezier in scheppen om studenten of expats te misbruiken. Als je je geld waardeert en respectvol en professioneel behandeld wilt worden, blijf dan zo ver mogelijk bij dit bedrijf vandaan.

Om eerlijk te zijn, ik heb geen idee hoe hun diensten er werkelijk uitzien. Helaas kreeg ik, toen ik informeerde naar een appartement, een e-mail van Sam van der Gulik en Brent Rootring met de mededeling dat deze woning geen vergunning heeft om aan studenten te verhuren en dat in feite geen van hun woningen beschikbaar is voor studenten. Als ik rondkijk, kan ik geen enkel bewijs vinden dat de gemeente een vergunning vereist om aan studenten te verhuren. Als ze bereid zijn te liegen om potentiële klanten af ​​te schrikken, vraag ik me af welke leugens ze vertellen aan de mensen die hen inhuren. Deze branche is al frustrerend genoeg zonder kwaadwillenden zoals EPD, die liegen omdat ze te laf zijn om simpelweg te zeggen: "Wij accepteren geen studenten".

Huur geen appartement via EHR. Ze weigerden aanvankelijk mijn borg terug te geven en brachten me vervolgens kosten in rekening voor de vernieling van meubels (ondanks duidelijk bewijs van het tegendeel) en schoonmaak. Ik zou het ze best wel toevertrouwen als ze de hele borg hadden ingehouden als ik niet met juridische stappen had gedreigd.

Als je je geld wilt verliezen (of als je gewoon te veel geld hebt), ga dan vooral met dit bureau in zee. Anders kun je het beter niet eens proberen. Ze gebruiken alle mogelijke excuses om je het geld dat je verschuldigd bent niet terug te betalen.

We hebben een zeer slechte ervaring gehad met het huren van een appartement via EHR Amsterdam. Aan het begin werden we geïnformeerd over een "klein probleem" met een lekkage in de slaapkamer, maar ze hebben de muur geverfd voordat we erin trokken. Enkele maanden later begonnen de echte problemen zich te openbaren en na een jaar hadden we scheuren in de muur en een groeiende schimmel! Onze verzoeken om huurverlaging werden genegeerd, dus moesten we een advocaat inschakelen om onze rechten te verkrijgen. Uiteindelijk hebben we het appartement verlaten, uit angst voor de veiligheid en gezondheid van ons gezin. EHR verhuurde het appartement direct opnieuw, ondanks het feit dat ze wisten hoe ernstig de situatie was. Denk goed na voordat u zaken doet met dit bedrijf!

Oplichting! Oplichters! Als je opgelicht wilt worden, huur dan een huis via dit makelaarskantoor! Je krijgt je borg niet terug! Nadat je het contract hebt getekend, zijn ze telefonisch nooit meer bereikbaar. Huur vooral niet de Balearelaan in Amsterdam.

My apartment rented via Expat Rentals and helped by both Guido and Spencer extremely well. Even after the tenant started to completely turn around, they helped me extremely well, mediated, and knew how to bring it to a good end. I am extremely grateful for that! Just as someone else has already experienced, I find myself in a similar situation. This real estate agency refuses to refund a significant portion of the deposit. This after waiting for one and a half months and contacting 'Spencer Abel', who I understand is also a co-owner. Overall, a very negative experience with this person. He claimed contradictory things during the inspection before and after the final inspection, and then tried to pressure me into paying for items that, according to him, would not be deductible. I strongly advise against getting involved with this company or this person. My case will likely lead to a lawsuit, and I will update this review as soon as the outcome is known. To everyone considering getting involved with this company: stay far away!

A very bad experience with this landlord. After my move, they refused to return the substantial deposit for more than two months (which was outside of the contract terms), until I threatened to take legal action. Then they took a significant portion of the deposit to pay for various disputed matters. After your move, you have few options to fight against these shady practices, unless you put in a lot of effort. I recommend choosing a more reliable landlord, or else not paying the rent for the last two months. Then they can't evict you and you can finally negotiate the return of the deposit in a fair way.
